“This historic restaurant is upscale in food and service but casual in attire. Our server, Deborah, has worked there for 17 years and it's obvious she loves it. She made excellent recommendations which we gladly took. We had the Hot Rock appetizer, salmon, Hungarian goulash and bisque soup. The wine recommended by Buddy the Sommelier was spendy, but delicious. Excellent choice, but make reservations.”

“Beautiful, peaceful, delicious. This place was wonderfully decorated with the surrounding sun valley mall. The ambiance was great. It wasn't too crowded. The beer and wine selection was great and the service was impeccable. We had the ravioli and garlic cheese. BRead to start and finished with entrees of chicken picatta and chicken marsala. This is the place to come for sports. We sat at the bar and watched some football without all the loudness of bars on main St. Great place to unwind and spend time with friends or family.”

“Stopped by to pickup some hats—because golf shops usually sell the best hats. And these guys had a huge selection to choose from. Can’t comment on the staff cause they weren’t welcoming or full of hospitality. But the offerings were perfect. And the Club is gorgeous!”

We love the history and pictures of famous people who have been there. After dinner drinks in the lounge was perfect as well.”

“We had the pizza special and the duck confit. All the parts of the pizza were very good, but the combination was not the best choice. The duck was delicious and had great texture. However, the side was a bit mushier than I had hoped. The atmosphere was excellent and so was the service. Just wished the food was as good.”

“One of our favorite things is to find a " mom & pop" restaurant that cares about the entire experience and then nails the execution. At Cookbook, you are greeted by the owners, who seat you, answer your questions about their restaurant/menu, then take your order, etc. Tonight, this was followed by a great cup of sausage and kale soup, bison ragu with brocholini for me, squash bolognese for my wife, then the seven layer cake which we shared. All of these (except the cake) were piping hot and made with fresh produce and proteins. As for the cake, it was wonderful and the perfect way to end a perfect dining experience. The family atmosphere reminded me of meals I've had in small family run places in Ferringdon(outside London), Milan, Grenoble, Angier, Seville, Toledo, Madrid, and Augsburg, etc... Felt old school European, including the pride of ownership and the simple ingredients prepared well. If you find yourself in Sun Valley area, give this place a go, but might want to make a reservation as Cookbook is pretty small and filled up quickly tonight.Vegetarian options: Couple of options.”

“The Ketchum Grill was AMAZING! We had a fantastic experience from the moment we stepped into the restaurant; waiting for our table didn’t even feel like a wait with a glass of wine by the fireplace. Every single employee was extremely kind and helpful (shout out to our awesome waiter Treyvon)! The food was delicious and incredibly well priced for the quality. Each dish was beautifully served and tasted even better than it looked. And the atmosphere made it a 100/10 experience all around.”

“Dive Bar in a good way. Very friendly staff and the burger was great. It's small inside, first come for seating. There is plenty of outdoor seating. It was a little chilly to sit outside. We sat at the bar (small). Should be a fun place in the warmer months.”

“Excellent food, (love the chopped salad). Good selection of wine by the bottle or the glass. Limited but good selection of cheeses. The patio is a wonderful place to sit, weather permitting.The only problem can be getting your order in. The procedure is to order at the register as you enter and then take a seat. Usually there is only one register active. If there is a line, I don’t go in. Inevitably people have menu questions, in groups it takes a long time for the group to order.”

“This place is a true gem! One of our absolute favorite places to eat in Ketchum, and, in my opinion, the best Indian food in Idaho. They are always super friendly - it is a family business. The quality of the food never varies… It’s always absolutely amazing! There’s not much better than their delicious butter chicken on a cold snowy day! “Loved it. At this time of year you need to go early if you want to sit outside. A nip in the air after the sun goes down. Good and service were outstanding. We shared the peach and arugula salad, and the flat iron steak. Which left room to share a dessert.”

“I rarely write reviews but in this case it would be a sin if I didn't. My research indicated that this was a 4 star hotel in Ketchum Idaho Whoever rated it a 4 star is out of their mind. This is a 5 star hotel in every sense.The ambiance of the lobby, patio and room was just beautiful. I sit here writing this review on our last morning drinking coffee and enjoying the beautiful mountain view's in front of us. The lobby is beautifully decorated with a couple of modern design fire places.The complimentary breakfast is everything you could ask for including omelet's, eggs, bacon, sausage and anything else you would expect. The red salsa that I used on my eggs was especially tasty.The service starts with the hotel manager Denny. He treats you like a person would treat a guest at your home. As we were enjoying our coffee this morning he came out and greeted us. He remembered we were leaving and came out to say goodbye. His staff really understand what great customer service is and everyone one of them from the housekeepers to the wait staff to the bar tenders to the front desk always have a smile. They are all so genuinely nice and attentive.Limelight has probably been the most enjoyable hotel stay we've ever had.Book a stay. You won't be disappointed.Rooms: Clean and modern decor. Beautiful.Nearby activities: Hiking, fishing, sking, snowmobiling are all within close driving distance.Walkability: The hotel sits on Main St. in the center of town. You can walk to restaurants very easily.Food & drinks: Happy hour between 3p and 7p seven days a week.”

“I used to work nearby this sub shop and every day I had off I would grab a sandwich from them. As a struggling celiac girly I thought I had died and gone to heaven when they handed me my regular sized gluten free sandwich packed with yummy. My boyfriend and I grabbed these before a hike, and my life is changed. My favorite sub shack ever. I'm devastated I had to move away. I'll miss the personality and life of this amazing shop! “Super cool spot! Beer, wine, ciders, kombucha. Very clean and modern "in an old building that used to house dynamite for the railroad.... Hence the name" - says the very nice manager! The upstairs is so cool and modern. They allow dogs downstairs. Can't recommend enough! Must go to spot in Ketchum!”
