“It is lovely to sit outdoors at Gretchens with the beautiful flowers and be able to watch the professional ice skaters practice. Ambiance is 10 of 10. There is a good variety of food choices that are all delicious. Prices are what you would expect at a resort. Service was excellent.”

“Wonderful Salvadoran food. pupusa’s were warm and pillowy! The cheese was a perfect gooey consistency and is so yummy against the flavor of the corn flour. Camarones a la crema was some of the best I have ever had! The shrimp was cooked incredibly well and the veggies were so fresh. Some of the best Latin American food I have had the pleasure of experiencing. Ketchum is lucky to have this place!”

“The macarons, and coffee were excellent. If you want the caramel machiatto sweeter, like a Starbucks style, just ask for it that way, and the cortado was perfect. The Jerseys hanging up on the umbrellas at the tables are a bit in the way for talking to people.youre with, and you're in the middle of a pedicure place with glass walls so if you're into feet the atmosphere is great, otherwise maybe take stuff to go. Would buy more coffee here for sure, the dude was a craftsman.”

“Excellent in ambience, with fresh ingredients including their produce and homemade pasta. We cannot sing the praises of the Covey enough. We booked dinner reservations during the busy Trailing of the Sheep Festival weekend. While this modern elegance meets cozy farmhouse fine dining restaurant would have been an ultimate experience for a date night, our expectations were FAR exceeded with our family of four (including two younger children). We enjoyed the mafaldine, lamb cassarecce, and butterleaf dishes. They accommodated a delightful simple pasta for our youngest one, and encouraged them to create artwork while we waited for our meal. Their artwork was proudly framed and tastefully displayed on the wall by the bar. The evening ended with a delightful sweet surprise by the chef/owner and his dog. We will be back, with our family, friends, and for a date night!”

“Celebrated my birthday there and could not have enjoyed the entire experience more!! The hotel is beautiful with amazing views in a prime central location. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I really loved the music on the patio. This is a dog friendly hotel, so we were able to have our 4 legged kids join us for our celebration. We had a place to store our bikes safely and enjoyed the proximity to bike trails. Our stay was very pleasant and we are excited to return soon. Thank you Limelight!!!😍”
