Not many restaurants deserve this rating and I almost never give them. The food was perfect. We split a roasted veggie salad and the Idaho trout. The salad had just the right amount of tanginess and the nuts and veggies gave it flavor. The fish was hot, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Delicious! Enoteca was our favorite restaurant in Ketchum. The atmosphere and service are awesome. I had the lamb chops, they were some of the best I've ever had. My friends had the duck confit, they licked their plates, also the chicken dish was a hit. Our salads were excellent as well. The wine list had some good Italian wines, we had two bottles. We had the pizza special and the duck confit. All the parts of the pizza were very good, but the combination was not the best choice. The duck was delicious and had great texture. However, the side was a bit mushier than I had hoped. The atmosphere was excellent and so was the service. Just wished the food was as good.
