“we ended up here on a whim, needing a last minute dinner reservation. brian ensured we had a spot, and had an incredible table ready for us upon arrival (I called a few minutes prior). his energy when he greeted us let us know we were going to have an amazing time. our server eli was also great. the food, atmosphere, and service were all 10/10. if we were ever to return to ketchum, we would be back here 10000% !“
“Scout has new ownership and it made such a huge difference. I especially love the tapas options- the wine list is not the same old boring Napa name brand selection but wines carefully selected that most of us have never heard off. I love Saturdays DJ night - can’t wait for what’s to come.“

“From the Miyagi Oysters, herbed garlic butter Escargot to the Carpaccio with truffle oil and cheese and the Filet Au Poivre et Morilles- everything was perfectly done
When the owner starts with high quality meats and produce and the chefs prepare each dish beyond what you thought it could be- you are in bliss
We live 3 hours away from you and we will be back.
