When the owner starts with high quality meats and produce and the chefs prepare each dish beyond what you thought it could be- you are in bliss

Mario was an exceptional and attentive server. He made the whole experience feel welcoming and seamless, always checking in at the right moments without being intrusive. The food was incredible—the filet mignon with morel sauce and the scallops were truly the best we’ve ever had. Thanks to Mario’s great service and the amazing meal, it turned into a perfect night out with friends. We will most definitely be coming back next time we’re in Sun Valley.
Last night my best friend, her family, and I celebrated our birthdays at this wonderful restaurant, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. Our dinner included perfectly cooked filets, a delicious ribeye, fresh Caesar salads, and dessert to celebrate the occasion. Everything was flavorful and beautifully prepared.
