We had an incredible meal on our last night in Ketchum. Our dinner consisted of oysters, asparagus soup, salads, rack of lamb with chimichurri, fillets, beef carpaccio, and a delicious dessert to celebrate our friends birthday. The two least favorite items as a general consensus of our group was the asparagus soup. It was not flavored enough. And the beef carpaccio was not a hit either. We sat on the patio and the weather was perfect. The tomatoes on the caprese salad were perfect. My entree was delicious and the dessert was decadent. We sat and enjoyed the weather and our conversation after dinner and did not feel unwelcome or rushed. Great experience.

Andy was an amazing, attentive server. Beautiful space. We each had the wild caught salmon. Cooked to perfection. The cous cous was the right consistency. I substituted spinach for the green beans. Not bitter. Would definitely go back. You can definitely tell an establishment with high-caliber employees. Well done!
