“Talk about an accommodating resort!! Apparently I showed up on the only weekend this year that was "busy". The guy behind the bar abolsolutely slayed his job! Friendly and kept him composure under the added stress. The pizza was amazing. Clean bathrooms. If you haven't been to Snowbasin or Sun Vally. You just need to see the lodges in person to really believe how beautiful they really are! Well beyond 5* resort.Vegetarian options: The curry, salads, and potatoes are great!Parking: It's a bit of a walk to get the the resort (5-8 minutes with gear). The shuttles are always running though!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrances, Elevators, and shuttles.“
“One of our favorite things is to find a " mom & pop" restaurant that cares about the entire experience and then nails the execution. At Cookbook, you are greeted by the owners, who seat you, answer your questions about their restaurant/menu, then take your order, etc. Tonight, this was followed by a great cup of sausage and kale soup, bison ragu with brocholini for me, squash bolognese for my wife, then the seven layer cake which we shared. All of these (except the cake) were piping hot and made with fresh produce and proteins. As for the cake, it was wonderful and the perfect way to end a perfect dining experience. The family atmosphere reminded me of meals I've had in small family run places in Ferringdon(outside London), Milan, Grenoble, Angier, Seville, Toledo, Madrid, and Augsburg, etc... Felt old school European, including the pride of ownership and the simple ingredients prepared well. If you find yourself in Sun Valley area, give this place a go, but might want to make a reservation as Cookbook is pretty small and filled up quickly tonight.Vegetarian options: Couple of options.“
“Grumpy's is a staple of Ketchum Idaho! You have got to go and hang out, watch the people pour in and order yourself enough beer to last. Love the wings and French fries too. Don't let the locals scare you away - they're usually pretty nice :)“
“My brother and I were in town for a long weekend of skiing and this unequivocally became our favorite spot. We came back multiple times. The beers were great tasting and the food we ordered was amazing. The tacos were terrific, and I highly recommend the brisket sliders. If you have room for some carbs the loaded baked potato and the Bavarian pretzel were most definitely worth it. Everything we had from the kitchen was prepared perfectly. Also the staff was both friendly and hospitable, overall a 10/10 experience.“
“I have NEVER been here, and I plan to after watching a YouTuber get pizza delivered by these guys. It wasn't even their own food, Antonio was the man and decided to take time out of his day and do it for them. Antonio is a homie and deserves so many great reviews. Hope to be there soon.“
“Thought we were going into an underground dojo of rhymes and sick beats but were pleasantly surprised by the food! We came through on a cloudy Autumn day and had some delicious turkey chili with a Cobb wrap and a Redfish wrap and everything was very tasty. Very kind staff and a great start to our afternoon in Sun Valley!“
“Wow! So happy to have found this place for breakfast in town. The food: delicious! We ordered the Reuben with eggs on it, and the Steak Benedict. While the Reuben and curly fries were absolutely delicious, the steak Benedict lacked... steak. I had maybe 1.6 ounces of steak across both bennys. The service: great service. We truly enjoyed the service we received from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. One star is only deducted because one of the guys refilling our coffee mug had splashed coffee over my boyfriend's pants. Not much you can do about that, but it was a bummer. The ambiance: lively, busy, and cozy. Some people were getting ready to ski for the day, and others just wanted a good breakfast in town.“
“Loved it. At this time of year you need to go early if you want to sit outside. A nip in the air after the sun goes down. Good and service were outstanding. We shared the peach and arugula salad, and the flat iron steak. Which left room to share a dessert.“
“The Ketchum Grill was AMAZING! We had a fantastic experience from the moment we stepped into the restaurant; waiting for our table didn’t even feel like a wait with a glass of wine by the fireplace. Every single employee was extremely kind and helpful (shout out to our awesome waiter Treyvon)! The food was delicious and incredibly well priced for the quality. Each dish was beautifully served and tasted even better than it looked. And the atmosphere made it a 100/10 experience all around.“
“A hidden gem with fabulous food and a motto to slow down, relax and enjoy life. They take their time preparing your meal so you can do just that. The Pesole was spot on. Old El Paso tacos were flavorful and filling. The mushroom Reuben was unique and tasty. The waitress was laid back, yet very good at convincing us to experience dessert! It was a delightful find -don't miss out!Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator“
“This was an amazing experience. The nighttime gondola ride alone was fantastic. They give you a blanket while riding up and down the gondola, which is a great touch. The Waite staff is beyond friendly, and the food was fantastic. Our favorite was the smorgasbord board.“
“Fast service despite crowded restaurant. Centrally located on the corner of N Main and Sun Valley Road. Perfect place to view the slopes and sun set from the patio. We started our meal with the hearty French Onion Soup and then progressed to the Chicken Sando and Shrimp and Grits. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the home fries are divine. The shrimp was tender and the creamy grits had little pieces of cheese as well as cubes of applewood smoked bacon. Heavenly all around. The atmosphere was fun and neat to see the distillery equipment in the back.Cool local hangout.Parking: Parking along the street can be tricky. Parking lots are available around town. Nothing is far away in this little city.“
“The Limelight Hotel in Ketchum is possibly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. My family and I recently traveled to ski at Sun Valley and everything about Limelight is top class. It’s less than a 5 minute drive to the slopes of Dollar or Bald Mountain. The restaurant is excellent. The rooms are pristine. We plan on visiting Sun Valley for years to come and I cannot imagine staying anywhere other than Limelight!“
“I used to work nearby this sub shop and every day I had off I would grab a sandwich from them. As a struggling celiac girly I thought I had died and gone to heaven when they handed me my regular sized gluten free sandwich packed with yummy. My boyfriend and I grabbed these before a hike, and my life is changed. My favorite sub shack ever. I'm devastated I had to move away. I'll miss the personality and life of this amazing shop! Thank you guys!!“
“We had the best night out at Sawtooth Club, what fun atmosphere and service. We all enjoyed our dinners. I had the best cioppino, full of scallops, clams, fish, absolutely delicious. Also my friends had the burger, said it was yummy, and the ribs and baked potato were delicious as well. Our server, Rick, was the best, he made the dinner so enjoyable. Loved his Bay Area stories. I highly recommend this popular spot, a must when in town. The cocktails were good also.“
