“Best meal we had in Ketchum! The food was delicious, the staff were all lovely and the outdoor atmosphere was everything we wanted on a warm summer night. We have a one year old and he loved being able to walk about the side yard. We were lucky to get in without a reservation around 7:30 but it really picked up around 8:30.

Kid-friendliness: The staff was all very accommodating. They placed us around the side where there were only 4 other tables. Spacious with gravel floors which out little guy loved. Safe and off the road which is a big plus for us.“

“Excellent in ambience, with fresh ingredients including their produce and homemade pasta. We cannot sing the praises of the Covey enough. We booked dinner reservations during the busy Trailing of the Sheep Festival weekend. While this modern elegance meets cozy farmhouse fine dining restaurant would have been an ultimate experience for a date night, our expectations were FAR exceeded with our family of four (including two younger children). We enjoyed the mafaldine, lamb cassarecce, and butterleaf dishes. They accommodated a delightful simple pasta for our youngest one, and encouraged them to create artwork while we waited for our meal. Their artwork was proudly framed and tastefully displayed on the wall by the bar. The evening ended with a delightful sweet surprise by the chef/owner and his dog. We will be back, with our family, friends, and for a date night!“

“Definitely a little dated inside but it was easy to snag a table at 7 mid-week, and the food was very good. Nothing groundbreaking but the proteins were cooked perfectly and the potato side was amazing. Saw some comments on service but our host was incredible. Also a special call out for an excellent wine list that was hands-down the best deal in town.“

“We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay here - rooms are large, lots of storage and bar sink and dishes, cutlery in room are a nice feature. Fantastic view of ski hill from our room and the pool and hot tub sun deck! We visited the bar every evening and really appreciated the kind & attentive service from everyone, especially Aleska. We will stay here again - love being able to park car and walk or bike all around town too!“

“Excellent service and unbelievable filet mignon! We sat in the bar area during the dinner rush to be in a quieter place and loved that we still got a private table. The food came out super quick and was delicious! And the popovers with honey butter is such a nice treat to accompany the meal.

“Talk about an accommodating resort!! Apparently I showed up on the only weekend this year that was "busy". The guy behind the bar abolsolutely slayed his job! Friendly and kept him composure under the added stress. The pizza was amazing. Clean bathrooms. If you haven't been to Snowbasin or Sun Vally. You just need to see the lodges in person to really believe how beautiful they really are! Well beyond 5* resort.

Vegetarian options: The curry, salads, and potatoes are great!

Parking: It's a bit of a walk to get the the resort (5-8 minutes with gear). The shuttles are always running though!

“I was staying at the Best Western and came here for breakfast since I had a voucher. I ordered the Mayday burrito, and it exceeded my expectations. The filling was seasoned perfectly, and it was exactly what I was looking for in a breakfast burrito. This place clearly knows how to do it right, and I will surely be back for more!!“

“A hidden gem with fabulous food and a motto to slow down, relax and enjoy life. They take their time preparing your meal so you can do just that. The Pesole was spot on. Old El Paso tacos were flavorful and filling. The mushroom Reuben was unique and tasty. The waitress was laid back, yet very good at convincing us to experience dessert! It was a delightful find -don't miss out!

“We were happy to try this place because of their menu that had good options for a larger group. We were happy we could eat outside. We tried the fish and chips, the gyro, the Cobb salad, the brisket sliders and the ginger chicken sliders. The frots (fries and tater tots) were very crispy and delicious with the fry sauce. My husband loved the fish and chips (one of his favorite choices and orders often). The Cobb salad was enormous and the ranch dressing tasted homemade. The service was excellent! Also I forgot to mention this is a brewery with lots of tasty beers on tap!“

“Johnny G's a locals go to. Their sandwiches are all so good! I usually get the DelBello but have branched out and have never been disappointed. Since they are so good, they are usually pretty busy if you are just walking in but they do offer online ordering which helps if you're in a hurry. Atmosphere is always fun and lively.“

“Vintage is one of my absolute all-time favorites! Everything on their menu and every special is amazing! The atmosphere is quite, quaint, romantic, and upscale. The waitstaff is very friendly and professional and chef Rod is amazing! They have a fantastic selection of wines are helpful to pair the best wine with your meal. I love when they run events like Lobsterfest or Trailing of the Sheep. The lunches are also amazing. Hands down one of the best restaurants in the valley.“

“I haven't been to the Cafe because I live in Boise, but I buy their bread from Albertsons: AMAZING! I love that the flour is grown locally and there are only a few ingredients, which is how all breads should be! For someone with food allergies, I was thrilled to find breads I can eat safely; when I realized they were insanely delicious as well, I stopped buying all other bread! If you ever expand a cafe in Boise, I will be there every week!“
