I haven't been to the Cafe because I live in Boise, but I buy their bread from Albertsons: AMAZING! I love that the flour is grown locally and there are only a few ingredients, which is how all breads should be! For someone with food allergies, I was thrilled to find breads I can eat safely; when I realized they were insanely delicious as well, I stopped buying all other bread! If you ever expand a cafe in Boise, I will be there every week!

Our first visit to Bigwood Bread. It didn’t disappoint. We ordered, Brussels Bowl and Tuna melt and 1 oatmeal cookie.
The bowl was warm toasted sunflower seeds and the cranberry added to the flavor and texture. The sandwich was generous size and very tasty, the cookie hit the spot it was delicious. The icing on the cake was the good service. We will be back.
