I haven't been to the Cafe because I live in Boise, but I buy their bread from Albertsons: AMAZING! I love that the flour is grown locally and there are only a few ingredients, which is how all breads should be! For someone with food allergies, I was thrilled to find breads I can eat safely; when I realized they were insanely delicious as well, I stopped buying all other bread! If you ever expand a cafe in Boise, I will be there every week!
Wonderful breakfast, big portions
I used to think brioche made the best French toast, but boy was I wrong. The sourdough French toast here is amazing! My husband also had the house made sausage in a breakfast bowl with sourdough toast and house made preserves. Sooo good!
