The bottom corner of the menu “Just Egg as a vegan egg option” is listed. Nothing else on the menue is labeled as vegan/vegan friendly. Initially the waiter told me they dont carry Just Egg anymore. Then the waiter came back & said they actually do have Just Egg. It took a bit of back & forth but eventually I got the cauliflower hash with Just Egg without pesto(the pesto has cheese in it)They had to remake my order bc they put pesto it. Great as usual. Our server was amazing. Food was great. Only thing I will say is as usual the girls working the coffee were awful. The baristas. I remember one named mimi and the other with a "m" Mila? I think. To busy watching something on a laptop. I stood there for a few minutes and even said something out loud. Nothing. Excellent restaurant. You can get wonderful bakery items to go, or have a delicious meal in the restaurant. I had lunch and it was delicious. Highly recommend the reuben sandwich with fries. Friendly and efficient staff, spacious and nice interior with a fireplace. Ideal for ski area. Highly recommended!
