We had excellent service with our request for a quieter table honored. Our waiter was excellent throughout and attentive at a distance. Our dinners and dessert were all excellent and the wine list was good. I would recommend this for a special dinner (moderately expensive at the least) and an exceptional Sun Valley Idaho experience.

A timeless Sun Valley classic. The Ram delivers an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Service was warm, attentive, and professional without feeling rushed. The atmosphere is cozy and elegant, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed evening or special occasion. Highly recommend the Idaho Rack of Lamb and the Japanese Wagyu Hot Rock, both were absolutely phenomenal.

The atmosphere was good. Service was not. Food was meh. Regret going there. Sun Valley is a great place to visit with much better options especially when it comes to service. Our waiter was not helpful, left us sitting for a very long time, and we had to ask someone else for the check to finally leave. Left hungry and won’t go back!

Ram has magical preparation of delicious food! Full bar and I ordered a "New" Fashion. The complimentary bread and unique butter/salt was great. Ordered the Apple and Crab as an appetizer and was incredible. We enjoyed special treatment from manager and servers as did every guest! Can't wait to enjoy another evening. Sure want to enjoy their view patio of the Sun Valley village.pond next Spring. We can easily rate the Ram as one of the top three restaurants in Ketchum/Sun Valley.

The fondue has been removed from the menu for the summer. Very disappointing, since it is the best thing on the menu. Ordered halibut instead. Presentation was nice but the fish was just ok and didn't have a side to accompany it. The patio is very nice.
