Michael their manager is such an excellent asset to the Ram and the Sun Valley resort . His personality and attention to detail makes each dinner there feel like we are home. Our server for the evening , Alexander, was personable and professional . His knowledge of the menu really helped us make our choices for dinner and wine . Excellent !
The Ram is part of the heartbeat of old Sun Valley. It's both a treasure given it's history but also a treat because of the quality of service and cuisine. We never miss a chance to dine there. It is a perennial favorite!
Great atmosphere but very loud. We couldn't even hear the piano player. Kitchen was slow, but based on the crowd, they did a great job feeding everyone. Sea Bass was overcooked, but Stuffed Sole was awesome.
