Participated in the Christmas Eve Sleigh ride this year for the second time. Was disappointed to find they changed the menu to a buffet option-- not as elegant and would prefer to order from a limited menu. However-- the sleigh ride was nothing short of magical and every staff person from check in, sleigh leader to service was impeccable. Thank you for making our holiday extra special.
Incredibly charming place with interesting history and fabulous food. The Butternut bisque with fennel pollen and beet powder was unbelievably delicious and the scallop special done to perfection. And the view can't be beat. Our server, Terry, made our birthday dinner especially welcoming and memorable. When in Sun Valley, a meal at Trail Creek Cabin is a must.
