4 Roots Juice Bar & Gluten Free Cafe

For celiacs who are dairy free, this is the place!! The cashier was super sweet and helpful! They were able to accommodate my order preference (breakfast scramble in a tortilla). The service was timely and the food was amazing. Fresh ingredients, crispy tortilla, and a yummy iced latte. 10/10 will come back while traveling!

To your reply - I ordered door dash. I don’t know how you could change your house dressing and chicken texture on the spot, so there was no reason to call.

The salad was okay, the dressing if made in house is missing something and isn’t great. The tacos pre not edible. Chicken is awful and the sauce is odd. Cold dry tortillas. Way over priced. Beet juice is fine but got it warm. Probably won’t try this place again while in Twin

We stopped by Roots Café and had such a great experience. My wife ordered the Huevos Rancheros, and it was spot on—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My son had cage-free eggs with ham and gluten-free toast, and it was cooked perfectly. The ingredients tasted fresh and high quality, and you can tell they put care into their menu. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff made us feel right at home. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back

Waited 15min for a Beth’s Latte and was sadly disappointed. No espresso flavor at all, very weak lukewarm warm water. Paid for + tip, happily waited, and ended up leaving it behind. Undrinkable :(

Wow, what happened here? That breakfast was terrible! Very little food is actually cooked here. It’s all dumped out of cans and jars and arranged on plates. The juevos rancheros is 4 cold tortillas right out of the Costco bag and spread on a plate. 3 hot, very overcooked eggs on top, then covered with premade mango salsa from Costco (cold), black beans out of a can from Costco (cold), and some avocado mixed with Costco sour cream (cold). It was so disgusting. A big cold wet mess of precooked food dumped on top of hot overcooked eggs. That is NOT okay to serve people. What’s wrong with you?

Other items like breakfast sandwiches, burritos, etc. same story. They use Costco turkey sausage, but it’s the links. So they cut them up precooked out of the wrapper, and arrange them inside the other breakfast options, very comically I might add. Nothing is fresh. Nothing is cooked. Unless you count the eggs, which don’t come seasoned or prepared correctly.

Even the coffees didn’t come out hot. Barely warm!

Will not be back! How dare you call yourself a cafe? Don’t do this to people.

I am GF and they are amazing! I love it when I go out of town and I can find a guaranteed safe place. They have an amazing brownie and their açaí bowl was delicious.

I’m in town for work and found this by looking for a healthy take out option. The juices and smoothies are incredible, and you watch them make it from fresh fruit and vegetables right in front of you. I wish I lived here because I’m in love! It was also a plus that it’s a gluten free cafe, I love allergy friendly places for friends who have them. 10/10 recommend !
