“All I can say is Wow!! My partner and I are big fanatics of brewery’s. You walk in the atmosphere is immediately clean, friendly, and inviting. They sit you down and you’re greeted by a kind waitress (in our case, bartender) as we sat at the bar top and you are able to try a palette of their freshly brewed beers. We ordered the Tempura Cauliflower, light yet crispy and delicious. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. “We have been to Elevation 486 a few times. The food is always fabulous. They have some of the best salmon I've ever eaten! The prime rib tonight was decadent! We also want to give a huge shout out to our server Danielle! She made our night that much better! She was fun, fast, witty and we really appreciated her service!! Don't let her ever leave!!”

The chef created menu was a creative and delicious variety of tastes and textures. From the Roasted Beet and Apple Burrata to the perfectly prepared Beef Chateaubriand and Salmon, even vegan selections for one of our guests! “YUM! By far the best restaurant experience we've had in Twin Falls. The service was excellent, the food was amazing, the chef was personable, kind, and talented, and we were treated with nothing but kindness from the moment we walked in. We went for my husband's birthday and their birthday deal is beyond gracious. We ordered egg roles (amazing), the miso soup, lobster/filet/chicken for him and chicken/lobster for myself, and a drink for him. The filet and lobster was by far my favorite (the chicken was delicious too-but the lobster and filet stood out). I know many reviews mentioned it being pricey (most menu items were $18-$40 range per person for the teppanyaki dishes, around $12 average for sushi), but I wouldn't expect anything less for the experience, quality of food, and quantity of food we received. We ended up having enough left overs for three-four more meals. We will be back for our next date night and every birthday going forward! If you're looking for a great experience and great food, I recommend giving it a try.”

“Nice place! Best Mexican food in Twin Falls I have found so far ( we have tried several) and very nice staff! I went with a big family party of 10, including some rambunctious kids, and everyone was super nice, we were well tended to, and well accommodated! Will absolutely go back!”

“It seems some of the reviews mix the event center up with Red Hawk restaurant which is in the same building. Both venues are terrific. Canyon Crest Event center is a great place to have an event. The staff is a lot of fun and make sure their guest enjoy the event. The charcuterie boards are awesome! The food is delicious. I look forward to future events at Canyon Crest!”

“Everything was so good!! The service, the food, everything!! It was pretty busy but nonetheless I felt taken care of. Talia was our server and she ran her butt off! She made sure everything was good and never made us feel rushed. She is an amazing server and wonderful person! “Reviewer Karen, I’d expect a review like that from you.This place is fantastic. The chicken nuggets are whole meat instead of the blended and formed. Fries are awesome and deliciously seasoned. Burger was great and I had the cheesesteak sandwich which was also, sticking with the trend, amazing. Many food trucks are great, but I wasn’t expecting this one. Every food we had was top notch.”

“We ordered for delivery, and they didn’t charge insanely large fees for doing so, which was an amazing start! They didn’t have an option for tipping your delivery driver, so if possible, be ready to give a cash tip. I got the brisket, and it was amazing! I saw some of the reviews after I ordered and was nervous, but they gave a good pile and it was tender and very flavorful! We also got ribs, and they had a great, smoky flavor, but they weren’t tender or super saucy, so that’s the only reason I took a star off for food. The mac and cheese, fries, and BBQ sauce packets (they gave us a ton!!!) were amazing as well! Thank you so much for saving our birthday dinner when Chili’s was out of ribs!”

“Recently I went here for the first time in 7-8 years. The blooming onion was just as delicious as I remember, maybe even better.The steaks were cooked correctly, which is better than most chain steakhouses. But they lacked seasoning, tasted like they were flame broiled on natural gas, on a grill that could use a scrub and the burner turned down.The real rockstar was the server (Angelia C IIRC). She had an outstanding personality, knew what the kids meant even when they were unclear. She was there when we needed her but never over stayed, wish relatives would learn that ?. Cracked jokes, light sprinkles of sassy, but always respectful. Hope her management sees this and relays it on to her! Thanks for the great service!!!”

“Special thanks to Rachelle (area coach)My wife and I decided to come eat at the twin falls location. We asked my mother to join us and it was a great experience coming here. My mother had never visited a Cafe Rio before. I felt like it was going to be a struggle to get the orders in because I’m my mother’s interpreter, but I’ve always been up to the challenge. We asked the gentleman if he spoke Spanish and he said he does not. He called someone over and immediately she shushed me in the funniest way as I tried to interpret for my mother. She said “how am I supposed to learn improve my Spanish if I don’t practice it. You know, If you don’t use it, you lose it.” I chuckled and said “okay then.” I must say that I was beyond impressed by the exemplary service she provided. She worked so hard on getting things pronounced correctly. In the end, we were all ecstatic with our service and food. Rachelle is definitely someone this place wants to keep around because she is about her customers first.”
