For some excellent local eats and a great atmosphere Buffalo Cafe is a must for anyone local or traveling through.The usual for me is the Buffalo Chips which will hit the spot any day. But on the weekends you can't miss some of the specials. Today was the smoked pork chop. Moist, packed with flavor in top of perfectly cooked potatoes and some eggs. Absolutely incredible! Food was homemade, delicious, and fresh. The workers are super kind and gave good tips on what to do in Twin falls. The atmosphere is super kind and energetic and also gave tips on where to eat and go in twin falls 10/10 would try again.

Whatever you do get their gravy it is the best white gravy I have ever had! Good breakfast. I had French toast. Sourdough bread was great. Good little hole in the wall. Very unique.
