“Food is great. However, be prepared to wait 30-45 mins when they’re slow and over an hour if they are mildly busy. As much as I enjoy the food, this reoccurring issue with extremely long wait times has pushed me out. I will no longer be eating here.“

“My husband drove thru to get lunch today. We normally get the chicken club with no bun on a bed of shredded lettuce. It’s always good but today it was soooo good. They cut the chicken up and served it in a bowl. I feel like they went the extra mile to be sure it was yummy. I hope the employees from this afternoon get some recognition for their service. “I want to thank the new hire, whose name we can’t recall, for being extremely kind and attentive. We recently came for a breakfast dinner and she gave us the best service we have EVER received from an iHop employee and we hope to get her in future visits! The food itself was very filling and quite tasty. The prices here are also pretty decent for two people. Our only complaint is the customer service of the rest of the staff. Overall a good place to get a breakfast meal.“

“I once went here a lot for real Root Beer on tap. The best root beer and floats ever. Then they took out the tap and now it’s just fountain like every other place. I stopped the other day for some food and there wasn’t anyone behind the counter. I ended up leaving w/o any food.

Depending on who is working, they usually have decent service, but sometimes it's super slow. Although for the most part it's great service, great food, and nice place to take the family.“

Not like a burnt crispy hard but almost like overcooked and then sat in the pan for a while hard. Never had that before... Really sucks because I usually have a fairly good experience here. Eating here many many times.“
