After discovering a huge mistake with my order from another location, (dealing with an allergy the twin falls store ignored),I stopped at the Jerome Jack in the Box on my way to work to see if they could help fix it. I explained the situation and showed the receipt along with the sandwich that had been made incorrectly.

Fernanda and Crystal handled the situation quickly and professionally. They listened to what happened, fixed the sandwich immediately with no questions asked, and even gave me a small fry. They didn’t have to do that since the mistake came from another location, but they still chose to make it right.

That kind of customer service really stood out. Instead of making me feel like a problem, they handled it respectfully and efficiently and made sure I left with the correct order before heading into work. I really appreciate the way the Jerome team helped turn a frustrating situation into a positive one.“

But if you saw the way these guys move during rush-hour service, you would be amazed. If you’ve never worked in food service before, you would know that this is the kind of place that sets the standard. No matter when I come in, they always have a positive attitude. “I 100% recommend stopping by this place for ice cream — it’s seriously amazing! 🍦😍 They have such a huge variety of flavors and fun treats that it’s almost impossible to choose just one. Whether you’re craving something classic or want to try something new, they definitely have you covered.

And don’t sleep on their lunch options either! Their chicken tenders are absolutely delicious — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside 🤤🍗. It was the perfect combo with our sweet treats.

Unfortunately, we didn’t catch the name of the girl who took our order and brought out our food, but her service was truly out of this world 🌟💛. She was so friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit even better. We stopped by on the 6th around 4–5 PM, and whoever was working then deserves a big shoutout! 👏“

“My husband drove thru to get lunch today. We normally get the chicken club with no bun on a bed of shredded lettuce. It’s always good but today it was soooo good. They cut the chicken up and served it in a bowl. I feel like they went the extra mile to be sure it was yummy. I hope the employees from this afternoon get some recognition for their service.
