We decided to give them a shot and had them cut and wrap a hog for us. Tonight we opened up and fried some of the ham steaks for dinner. It’s hands down the BEST ham I have ever eaten. We purchased the hog from Ox meats here in Jerome and between the quality of the meat and these guys working their magic it’s the best pork we’ve eaten. Cannot wait to see how they do with our beef cows we have scheduled this fall!
*First time~I had the special, tri tip sandwich with a salad. The meat was good, lettuce was fresh( not out of a bag??). Overall it was pretty good.I’ll be back to try something different. ?
