After discovering a huge mistake with my order from another location, (dealing with an allergy the twin falls store ignored),I stopped at the Jerome Jack in the Box on my way to work to see if they could help fix it. I explained the situation and showed the receipt along with the sandwich that had been made incorrectly.

Fernanda and Crystal handled the situation quickly and professionally. They listened to what happened, fixed the sandwich immediately with no questions asked, and even gave me a small fry. They didn’t have to do that since the mistake came from another location, but they still chose to make it right.

That kind of customer service really stood out. Instead of making me feel like a problem, they handled it respectfully and efficiently and made sure I left with the correct order before heading into work. I really appreciate the way the Jerome team helped turn a frustrating situation into a positive one.“

“By far the best service from a fast food sit down takeout place in my life . I walked in had a concern and it was not even thought about just taken care of immediately with a smile, it was almost unreal. I spent 11 1/2 years in the military and was stationed in several different states and have done a couple of tours overseas. Nobody ever has come close to the treatment that the manager at the Jerome Idaho location . Clovesia is her name and she is a star in the works . When i was managing a big dealership or anything i was always on the lookout for this kind of talent .
