“I honestly had one of the best customer service experiences ever at this location! 🙌🍕 There seems to be a known glitch in the app that randomly removes toppings, and unfortunately that’s exactly what happened to me. I ordered a New Yorker pizza with pepperoni, but it somehow went through as just plain cheese 😅.

When I called to let them know, they were incredibly understanding and didn’t give me a hard time at all. They immediately offered to remake the pizza free of charge, which I truly appreciated. Izzy helped me out, and she was absolutely amazing — so friendly, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the whole situation 😊👏.

What impressed me even more was that this all happened right at the start of the Super Bowl 🏈, so I know they must have been extremely busy. Even with the rush, they had my fresh pizza ready in just 15 minutes! That level of efficiency and professionalism really stood out.
