We had an e-gift card from a fundraiser we won. We tried to use it, and the supervisor said that because it was purchased online that we could only use it if we ordered our meal online. I've never heard of anything so ridiculous. We had a coupon that a worker at another subway gave us, and said that we could use it over and over until it expired, that we just had to show the coupon and they would give it back to us. I ordered a footlong steak and cheese and it was so dry the only honey mustard that was on the sandwich was at the end of the bread and no oil and vinegar on it. I threw half of it away because it was way to dry. I then ordered 3 cookies and ended up with 3 footlong brownie things that I guess are new on the menu which are also disgusting. Normally the service is great but today was lacking a bit. The gal taking orders with the headset for the drive through and handling the walk-ins seemed to be in an off mood.Overall the food was good. Soda and tea were cold. Chips were good
