“This was our first time at a Chick-fil-A and it was really good! I enjoyed my grilled chicken sandwich and the waffle fries. The customer service was really good and they treated us nice. They asked what kind of sauce we wanted but I told them I had never been there before and they explained what they had and never once made me feel bad about asking questions. The workers were very nice and the restaurant was very clean. I would go back if I am ever in Twin Falls, Idaho again.“

“I once went here a lot for real Root Beer on tap. The best root beer and floats ever. Then they took out the tap and now it’s just fountain like every other place. I stopped the other day for some food and there wasn’t anyone behind the counter. I ended up leaving w/o any food.
I wish they’d bring back the old fashioned root beer.“

“We love papa's fresh pizzas! They also have a rewards program that is pretty awesome. We have our pizzas delivered for family night hot and ready . They often have deals and cupons and for our large family that means alot to us 💜 I wish they would improve on their wings is about my only gripe they aren't very good and I absolutely love wings . However the Shaq pizza is absolutely delicious my family can not get enough of it 😋“

Depending on who is working, they usually have decent service, but sometimes it's super slow. Although for the most part it's great service, great food, and nice place to take the family.“

The place was clean and welcoming but what the visit the best for me was the fact that I asked for a certain color of bunny cause that is what my 3 year old grandson wanted and the lady at the counter was all to happy to do it. white rice, cheese, veggies, white rice…yes it’s in that order and on the side salsa, sour cream, guacamole….(yes I know I said rice 2x I know I’m weird) and yes I got 2 bowls of the same thing lol…I wanted my meal ready to go for tomorrow don’t judge me…😣
In short I learned/realized today I’m pretty much Sheldon from the tv series “The Big Band Theory” if you know you know ;)
Also the cooking area especially was VERY clean, they do such a good job keeping it all clean but also keeping up with the flood of people ordering their food“

“Most of the time when I get food here it is really good! Tonight, I don't know what was going on but it took over 10 minutes in the drive-thru to get my food and my fries were all really hard. Not like a burnt crispy hard but almost like overcooked and then sat in the pan for a while hard. Never had that before... Really sucks because I usually have a fairly good experience here. Eating here many many times.“

I have gone to every other subway location in twin falls and they are so slow and the service sucks. And majority of the time when I ask for Kung Pow or Green bean chicken. There is way to many green beans to chicken ratio. And way to many chili peppers and peanuts then chicken.“

“I went into this subway after a long time of not going into one. I asked the gentleman working the front to make the choices for my sandwich. He gave me the monster with a bit of oil on the cheese then toasted it. For the toppings it had: lettuce, tomatoes, olives, jalapenos, bell peppers, onions, pepper corn ranch and a splash more oil and it was hands down the best sub I've had in a long time.“
