I visited the Twinfalls location for the first time since moving here 6 months ago.
The older gentleman at the drive thru gave Exceptional Customer Service. Very polite and service with a Smile!!

Based on the reviews, Carl's Jr. has both great food and excellent customer service. One customer waited 20 minutes for food and another 8 minutes for sauce. There are also problems with confusing specials signs, including one for a discontinued special. Despite these issues, the staff are hardworking, charismatic, and memorable. Employees like Kristen and Kent give some of the best customer service around. One worker, in particular, chats with customers, makes them feel welcome, and gives great recommendations. Many customers will definitely come back because of the friendly service.
