Arby's is a restaurant that offers a variety of menu items, including curly fries, beef and cheddar sandwiches, and other options. The quality of the food can be hit or miss, with some reviews praising the beef and cheddar while others have raised concerns about the new burgers. Customer service is generally reported as pleasant and respectful, with a manager named Bryce providing amazing service when an order was entered incorrectly. However, some customers have noted that cleanliness could be improved, especially regarding employee hygiene. The overall experience can vary depending on the specific location, with some visits being enjoyable while others may be disrupted by noise from children. Despite the mixed reviews, many still appreciate the roast beef and the effort of the small team working hard during busy times.
