“Friendly and helpful staff for ordering and allergies. Delicious made to order 🔥 cooked personal pizza. They're busy but fast. Great selection of ingredients and on the build your own you can load it up and they are not stingy. Seem to over cook/burn the crust, but I like the flavor.“

“This was our first time at a Chick-fil-A and it was really good! I enjoyed my grilled chicken sandwich and the waffle fries. The customer service was really good and they treated us nice. They asked what kind of sauce we wanted but I told them I had never been there before and they explained what they had and never once made me feel bad about asking questions. The workers were very nice and the restaurant was very clean. I would go back if I am ever in Twin Falls, Idaho again.“

“We don’t have Taco John’s where I live now, but where I grew up we had it. Couldn’t pass up the opportunity to take my daughter to Taco John’s while we were in Twin Falls last week. My chicken taco salad was so good! Eating the Potato Olés brought me back to my childhood.“

“I recently had 3 stars for this location. However that has changed all because of a young man named Nano, who had admitted his mistake about forgetting some cookies for a doordash delivery. He boxed up fresh cookies and apologized. There needs to more people who own their mistake and strive to make it right. Thank you!“

white rice, cheese, veggies, white rice…yes it’s in that order and on the side salsa, sour cream, guacamole….(yes I know I said rice 2x I know I’m weird) and yes I got 2 bowls of the same thing lol…I wanted my meal ready to go for tomorrow don’t judge me…😣
In short I learned/realized today I’m pretty much Sheldon from the tv series “The Big Band Theory” if you know you know ;)
Also the cooking area especially was VERY clean, they do such a good job keeping it all clean but also keeping up with the flood of people ordering their food“

I was passing by & stopped in again & had a wonderful experience. I spoke with Susan the GM over the entire Travelers Oasis. She greatly appreciated my feedback. When I told her I was going to order more chicken today she insisted on comping my order. I told her that wasn’t necessary & wasn’t why I wanted to speak with her but she insisted. She also introduced me to the GM over the Garden of Eatin’ (The Food Court area) and shared with her my complaint from my previous visit! I’m very hopeful that moving forward if there is going to be a substantial wait for chicken that they’ll inform the customer.
VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE! What should have been a quick grab some delicious chicken experience took 35 minutes & would’ve taken an additional 15 minutes had I waited for the bone-in chicken I ordered! To top it off no one was going to let me know of the wait on chicken, as I had to ask how much longer for my order to be told 15 min! The “jambalaya” is a joke, it’s pictured with chicken in it as jambalaya should have meat in it, but alas all I got was seasoned rice & beans for $3! Sadly those weren’t the only issues I ran into while visiting the Oasis today! I’m hoping this was a one off bad experience. Time will tell if I stop in again!“

“Jennifer at the Washington location was amazing!!!! She was very polite when coming in the store and very kind!!!!!
I should add that i had issues at the Addison store and they were very short and said they couldnt help with a gift card I had for Uber eats when I simply asked while I was at Addison store if I put order in for pickup since I was there if they could do half pepperoni and sausage and other half cheese as app wouldnt let me do half and half and they just shut me down so quickly (mind you I was asking for less toppings) and asked if I could put it in special requests about half and half and they said no I couldnt as they were not familiar with app and it wouldnt show up on their side for requests. I left frustrated with Addison store after about 15 20 minutes and called Washington St store and she said just put it in request so I dont mess up another person's order. Hands down I would rather deal with Washington St store then Addison.“

“The staff is very friendly and professional. The problem I have is that I have had more food that tasted stale or old, like it just sat there to long, then it tasting fresh. And majority of the time when I ask for Kung Pow or Green bean chicken. There is way to many green beans to chicken ratio. And way to many chili peppers and peanuts then chicken.“

“I order from this subway at least 3 times a month and I can personally say the service here is absolutely outstanding. I have gone to every other subway location in twin falls and they are so slow and the service sucks. But every single time I go to this specific subway they are so fast and truly care about all of their customers. I love this subway and I will always recommend it to everyone.“
