“Super yummy food and even friendlier staff. Definitely make you feel like family. They even took the extra steps to make my son feel special for his birthday breakfast with extra sprinkles and a birthday ice cream and candle. Everyone in the restaurant all sang to him too. When we’ve been before though they took great care of us then and food is always delicious. We will definitely be regulars. 🥰”

I was passing by & stopped in again & had a wonderful experience. I spoke with Susan the GM over the entire Travelers Oasis. She greatly appreciated my feedback. When I told her I was going to order more chicken today she insisted on comping my order. I told her that wasn’t necessary & wasn’t why I wanted to speak with her but she insisted. She also introduced me to the GM over the Garden of Eatin’ (The Food Court area) and shared with her my complaint from my previous visit! I’m very hopeful that moving forward if there is going to be a substantial wait for chicken that they’ll inform the customer.

VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE! What should have been a quick grab some delicious chicken experience took 35 minutes & would’ve taken an additional 15 minutes had I waited for the bone-in chicken I ordered! To top it off no one was going to let me know of the wait on chicken, as I had to ask how much longer for my order to be told 15 min! The “jambalaya” is a joke, it’s pictured with chicken in it as jambalaya should have meat in it, but alas all I got was seasoned rice & beans for $3! Sadly those weren’t the only issues I ran into while visiting the Oasis today! I’m hoping this was a one off bad experience. Time will tell if I stop in again!”

“The service is slow if you see more than 1 car I would avoid here. The man at the window this evening was very courteous and even smiled. Crazy, I can’t remember the last time a fast food worker smiled.

We love the blue Hawaii waffle cones. Don’t get me wrong. The ice cream isn’t as good as Dairy Queen, but it isn’t bad..”

“Honestly its a nice and cozy place to stop by for a quick meal. Food is mid, service is also somewhat good. its not crowded so you have plenty of spots to chill at with friends or just studying.”
