I had such a great experience thanks to Madi! From the moment I walked in she was friendly and welcoming! She made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and had such a positive attitude the entire time. You can tell she really cares about her job and making customers happy. The service was quick the ice cream was perfect and she honestly made the whole experience better Definitely one of the best employees I’ve seen here!
Carson, talen, and dalen were working tonight and were awesome! They seemed to work well with each other. They were efficient during a rush and all very kind to customer.
My experience at cold Stone they were very friendly very helpful their items it’s amazingly clean in there. They’re right on top of it. Your order is done and don’t take long at all. The service is amazing and I’d recommend this place to anybody married back when my family comes back to visit I’m sending them there so they can have a day out with ice cream.
