I don’t know why but for some reason I always have an issue with their garlic bread. Usually on side is wafer thin and the other is super thick. This time there was no garlic butter. Why is this so hard?

The add that came out today in the newspaper for the $.79 toothpaste is not true. You can find it in the app add it to your cart, but they claim they do not carry the product for you to buy. Even though they have select variety of products there, conveniently none of them are the varieties in their store. It’s in the app and the newspaper but you cannot use the coupon and they will not do anything about it, so please read this before you waste your time walking in there. Corporate did it, So the Twin Falls, Idaho location will do nothing about it.

Employees confronting customers about wearing a mask to shop in the store yet NO other preventive measures are taken such as cleaning the returned carts, wiping down belts in between customers wiping down the keypads in between customers at the checkout line. It NOT mandated in the state of Idaho nor is it mandated in Twin Falls to wear a mask! When I brought it to the manager’s attention, I was given a shrug shoulder response and an oh well. Great job Albertsons!!! You really have your preventative tactics together! Ya lost a customer, and I will be sure to tell my story to everyone!

Just called Albertson's, asked if they could get me 4 items and bring them to my car and let me pay for them. They were polite but said no, it is not Albertson's policy to do that. But, if I wanted, I could come in Tuesday between 7am and 9am and shop with the other old people. I have shopped at Albertsons almost my entire life. Used to shop there every Monday, spending an average of $125.00. I am definitely going to be a LOYAL customer of SWENSEN'S MARKET, a LOCAL BUSINESS, even if I have to pay higher prices. I use Swensen's because when I checked a couple of weeks ago, delivery was not available in Twin Falls.

Store on Carefree Hwy in Phoenix terrible and dirty New self checkouts are so dirty I didn't want to touch it or let my food touch. The attendant refused to help us even turned her back The manager on duty “Sarah†was very rude when I tried to tell her to get someone to wipe down the kiosks Never shopping there again
This is our main store for groceries. I love how it makes my menus so easy. With a full fresh produce section and a meat counter that has a large selection of both meat and seafood. I shop often because I want clean fresh food for my family. The employees are wonderful and always helpful.

Huge shoutout to Sherilyn at Albertson's ABQ for going above and beyond helping me out. They were out of my Dad's favorite salad. He is very ill and she went back and made it specially for him. What an Angel! Thank you for caring.

I think the employees at Starbucks could benefit from a bit more training. the other Starbucks in Safeway is much faster. It took 20 minutes just to make me a cup of tea. The guy was very sweet and definitely trying but I came in with plenty of time and wound up late.
