Can't complain about the quality of service. That was quick, polite, and very good.

I like the fact that the restaurant is clean and well kept. This always goes a long way for me.

I picked something that sounded good but was not a typical choice for me... womp womp.... got a pasta sauce that was not good. Pasta was cooked right and the chicken on it was great. However, they sold me a velveeta-like sauce advertised as four-cheese. Disappointed in my choice. That being said, I dont remember being let down by a steak or a burger here, ever.

Beers are cold. Service is good. Stick with your go-to meals and you won't be sad.

We ordered our food and waited over an hour and my kids food was missing the fries. They just brought the chicken strips. Service was horrible, food was cold and not sure who the manager was. We don’t go here usually, and we remembered why today.

Visiting from Nevada. When we went tonight it was busy because it’s Friday, but we still didn’t have to wait longer than 5 minutes for a table. Chloe served me, my husband and three kids. She came over every few minutes to check on us and our glasses never got all the way empty before she offered a refill. She was super friendly and fast! We got our food fast and we weren’t rushed out. The food was delicious. Definitely coming back when we visit again!

Hostesses (they have 3, at the same time) totally ignored new guests arriving, they were too busy gossiping among themselves to notice. I had to get right into their conversation before I was acknowledged.

Service was mediocre. Our waitress was on the ball and did everything she could to get our food out but it took more than an hour for a full rack of ribs to come out even though she kept going back to the kitchen every few minutes looking for it. When it finally arrived it was cold and the meat was severely dried out. They discounted the cost but that really didn't make up for the disrespect of the hostesses, the lateness and the quality of the food or the indigestion that it caused. I don't recommend this place at all and that's too bad because Applebees is a place we usually like to go.

We really enjoyed our visit to the Idaho Falls Applebee's. We were impressed by the appearance from the outside. Beautifully maintained. We were created warmly and the food was excellent. We meet Joel the manager also. What a wonderful person.

We had an amazing experience! We had “The combo” appetizer which was so delicious especially the spinach artichoke dip. We didn’t get pictures of our entrees but we highly recommend the spicy honey mustard chicken sandwhich and chicken tenders. All of our food was so tasty and we just had to wash it down with the mango lemonade and blue raspberry lemonade! Our server Jocelyn was amazing as well she was so so friendly and super attentive. She made our visit totally worth it! Thank you Jocelyn! Will for sure be coming back for a gals night.

Oh, where to begin... it is Applebees, so ya sort of know what you're getting yourself into. I thought this time would be different because the people in this town seem to be pretty street smart with common sense. My biggest suggestion would be to put heat lamps at the tables or bar tops so you can keep your dinner warm while you eat your appetizer. Yeah, they showed up basically at the same time. By the time I got to my pasta it was like eating Luke warm paste. I ordered Chicken and Broccoli fettuccine. When it arrived, there was no Broccoli. To the bartenders credit, she noticed and went to investigate. Apparently all the Broccoli was recalled and they didn't have any. You would think one of the 5 supervisors walking around asking everyone how their meal was could have mentioned that to the frontline staff. Oh well, it's Applebees... one day I will find one that meets basic expectations and that review will be amazing!!
