I think the new owners need too make their employees wash, their hands when ever they touch they touch, themselves,or their bodies, and when their families come in, they let their small children run around and scream,alittle annoying when want a quiet meal.thrir is an older lady who have common sense, that's why we come in because of her.

My order was accidently entered incorrectly. I got home and noticed. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Bryce. He provided amazing service at the time of order and was very professional on the phone. He offered to remake my sandwiches. I don't live too close but it was well worth it. The whole team looked like 3 people running the place. They had a previous order for 24 sandwhiches in one order before mine. They were rocking and rolling. It was hot, fresh and delicious. The drive through attendant was aware of my order and just as friendly and professional. This visit was Sunday late afternoon, early evening.

Always good with the roast beef but this time I got a $10 burger and it was completely slathered in sauce, so much that the bun had almost turned back into dogh. And it was RAW, I'm talking raw, I'm surprised it didn't bite back! Stay away from the new burgers!

The crinkle cut fries were refried (x2-4x), terrible. Asked for fresh and got same thing. Same thing happens at Mtn Home location when we stop there.

Ordered beef and cheddar classic and it was drowned in some kind of greasy mess. 1st and last one I'll ever order.
My food was cold. Not like was warm and cooled off. But like straight from the refrigerator. Spent 60 dollars on crap food. Won’t give them another chance. This is the 3rd time.

Drive thru is normally SLOOOOOW and the prices are high even for fast food, but the people are nice, the place is clean, and the food taste good.
Arby's is another place that I really like. I will always be a beef and cheddar person. I don't think I've ever had problems at this location. They always get the orders right. They never forget anything, and there haven't ever been problems with the food. I just wish their location were a whole lot closer to where i live.

100% the worst Arbys I've been to. If you put in a mobile order and get there 10 minutes later expect to wait another 20 minutes in the lobby. The buffalo sliders had 0 buffalo sauce and are finger sized. And the "large" fries look like this. None were eaten and no frys fell into the bag.
