Went in an hour before closing, they proceeded to ask me what they could serve me with. Asked for burgers and then they hit me with the line that were only operating the ice cream machine due to closing time. Really bad service, experience, highly don’t recommend!!!

We drove up to the drive thru and were acknowledged by two people at the same time and told it would be one moment. We Sat in the drive thru waiting to order at the sign for over 10 minutes. We asked for help after that and they said it would be one moment. I sat for 8 more minutes and backed out of the line. Definitely not worth the “time” spent waiting let alone the crappy food they usually give out :(.

Waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru for 3 kids meals with old fries and a burnt corn dog for $26. The kids wanted to get the Halloween flashlights. We'll stick to McDonald's next time.

I went thru the drive thru to get a few drinks and found a refreshing teenager at the window. She was very friendly and well mannered, which is pretty uncommon these days.

I use to live in twin falls about 6 years ago and Artic Circle iwas my favorite place to eat. We made a visit today and their burgers were awful. We asked for cheese burgers and got no cheese. We asked for extra sauce and got maybe a quarter of a teaspoon in the center with one pickle on each and a scuff of lettuce. They were dry and gross! I don’t recommend them to anyone at this time!

I don't even want to give it 1 star. I went and ordered $22 worth of food 1- they got 2 of the hamburgers wrong 2- there was a few pieces of hair in one of the hamburgers 3- when I went in to show them, the manager was not there, just the supervisor. They were quietly talking back and forth on their head sets looking at me as I stand at the counter waiting for them to remake my food. 4- the guy in the kitchen had no gloves and no hairnet, ran his hands thru his hair and continued to touch the food! 5- they remade my food and still got it wrong! I called corporate and all they done was call the restaurant and tell them to remake the food, 3rd times a charm I guess cause they actually got it right. They never offered to refund my money for the 2 burgers all they offered was a baby ice cream cone! VERY DISAPPOINTING ARTIC CIRCLE!!
I do not forsee myself goin there again, I've never been so disgusted in my life!
