Definitely fell off, the taste isnt the same and if you go for anything but the ice cream you will be disappointed. Dont recommend unless you want a quick bag of burgers and tired of McDonald's

My experiences at the Arctic Circle in Twin Falls, ID have consistently been outstanding. Every time I visit, the employees greet me with kindness and courtesy. Their friendly attitude really makes the atmosphere welcoming, and it’s clear they take pride in providing good customer service.
The restaurant itself is always exceptionally clean. From the dining area to the counters and drink station, everything is spotless and well-maintained, which makes the whole experience even better.
The food has never disappointed. The milkshakes are truly top-notch—thick, flavorful, and always made just right. The burgers are consistently good, and the fries are always served hot, fresh, and delicious. It’s clear they care about quality and consistency, and it shows in every meal.
Overall, I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience here. Whether it’s the great service, clean environment, or reliable food, this location continues to impress me every time.

It's just not as good as I remember from years ago. 😞 I'm visiting my hometown and wanted a little nostalgia in an Arctic Circle hamburger. My order was wrong, but I was too far away by the time I noticed. The fries were good, but that's about it.

She lady at the front counter with the HORIBLE purple wig has the worst costomer service I've ever seen and the food was packed terribly and crushed my fries and my cheeseburger box was WET not greasy for the first time I've been here it's the absolute worst and it's no wonder nobody ever goes there.

I went through the drive through and gave them a 100.00 bill and was told they didn’t have change. Then when we got our food home, our burgers were disgusting. Our fries were soggy and sticking to the package. Never have I ever had this bad of an experience with this Arctic circle.
Love their food. Best soft serve ice cream ever. The grounds outside were pretty unkempt for some reason. The acoustics make it difficult to hear. Might be their machines. Service was excellent !!!

Place is dirty, food is too expensive for what you get. The girl at the register had dandruff all in her hair and on her shirt, the manager was there and didnt make her wear a hair net. I just know that dandruff is falling in the ice cream and food she carries on her shift. This should be addressed immediately.

Wanted to go in and get an ice cream cone and a shake 15 minutes before they close cars are in the drive-through line record a message that they were already closed. What’s the point of having business hours if you don’t live by them? Guess I’ll just go to DQ to get my soft Serve fix. Thanks for nothing Arctic Circle
