I don’t ever leave bad reviews. But this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere in my life so I wanted to warn others. The young girl with the short colorful hair who works in the evening is very rude and clearly hates her job. She made me and my daughter so uncomfortable because of how rude/miserable she was. She didn’t greet us, didn’t say thank you, just glared at us and kept saying “is that all?’” as we were ordering. If you hate your job that much then maybe find a new one.

At the drive thru and whoever was running the window on 8-5-2025 @ 6:00pm. Was very Rude. I pulled up to the window and tried to explain that my daughter (who is special needs )was trying to order, explaining she was special and that she did not need to yell at my daughter that way. She in formed me, that she would close the window. I was then trying to place my order and she was saying, I can’t see you, how am you supposed to know she is special needs? Well….. we left.

I once went here a lot for real Root Beer on tap. The best root beer and floats ever. Then they took out the tap and now it’s just fountain like every other place. I stopped the other day for some food and there wasn’t anyone behind the counter. I ended up leaving w/o any food. I wish they’d bring back the old fashioned root beer.

We have visited the local A&W many times in the past few years, but the service and atmosphere seem to be getting worse and worse. The help is not friendly. They don't like working there. It is obvious and the dining room is half closed at 7:30 at night and they do not close their business until 9:30. The credit card reader does not work. The pop machine self-service is closed down. Kind of strange since they're going to be open for 2 hours longer. I am just saddened that this restaurant is going downhill so quickly. I have always said I would rather come here for a treat then go down the road to Dairy Queen but that may change. I don't give bad both very often, but I feel everybody needs to know the current condition.
