I placed a order of buffalo chips and there was hardly any bacon in the food and the potato’s were thin slivers. Food has changed not sure what happened.

You gotta know what you’re getting into before coming here. This place has been here forever and is all about the vibes. The food is fine but that’s not the reason to come here. The decor and vintage Western charm is the main draw! If you just want diner food there’s plenty of other places in town for that. This place is iconic, so be prepared to wait and be uncomfortable.
Best time to go is on a week day in the late morning. This place is not for large groups. You are most likely to get a good table without a wait in the late morning after the early birds leave.

Small local place with an awesome breakfast and friendly service. There could be a wait for a table but it's worth it.
I've eaten here dozens of times and it's never a disappointment. This, however, was the first time I ordered take-out. Food was hot, correct as to order and as tasty as dining in, IMO..this is the best breakfast in Twin Falls~
