Poorest experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever had. Wings were half sauced. Nachos came out without even the cheese being melted and it took 15 minutes to get someone to come get a drink order after being seared and there were only a few tables there. What the heck happened to this place?

Honestly, the quickest wild wings I've ever been to. It wasn't very busy when i went in. The online ordering wasn't working, so that is why i went in. A little disappointing, but I guess it wasn't in their control how the online system works. Maybe it's just the app that has issues, idk. Either way, food was done right and quickly, like i said. The employees were very nice. Only complaint i had was kid potatoes wedges seemed crispy. Pretty sure it's the seasoning stuff that's on them. So also not their fault. Just a preference.

Cold wings, cold fries, cooks can't read their tickets because there was no lettuce tomato or cheese on the sandwich. Waitress was nice and apologized but it's the cooks who need to pay attention. This is only the third time I have eaten here. First two were ok. This visit was tragic as there are only 30 to 40 patrons inside. Food was neither appetizing nor to properly temperature to serve.

Not impressed. Manager did not come to the table and food was sent back, not a good look.

The service was bad we got here at 5:30 and the got our food at 8:00 and the food was cold so I'd you want to waste your Time then come here. One more thing they lost the order and we had to reorder

I went in here for Veterans Day and I respect the fact that I got 10 free wings and large fries but I do think it was very disrespectful that I was the last one to get my food and when my food came out it tasted like rubber and everyone at the table said ā€œI would not even eat that, that look grossā€ also I asked for a strawberry lemonade and it took like 10 minutes to get my drink. I love the appreciation for veterans but my service was horrible.

Well first disappointment here. And not our waitress fault! Cooks, did not listen twice. My appetizers was sent back twice. Had had food held till after we got our appetizer and we had ate our appetizer. After twice sending it back for being wrong, cooks sent our meals out wrong also. Forgot the bacon. On my bacon double cheese burger. Waitress knew we weren't happy. Really surprised, manager never came out to fix the problem. Third time appetizer was just burned hard. Didn't even try again!!!
Just had waitress, take it off. Ridicules. Why have it on your menu, if your cooks refuse to cook it right! Very sad we spent 2 1/2 hours waiting, on cooks to fix their problem! Dang shame!!!

Ordered delivery from this Buffalo Wild Wing while we were passing through town, staying at a hotel across the street.

Super disappointing food tonight. I ordered a 6 piece of traditional Honey BBQ wings with a side salad and a drink. Out of the 6 wings, I got 5 drums and 1 flat, all 5 drums were way overcooked, dry and hard. One was so hard it was completely inedible. The single flat I got was the only redeemable wing, moist and well cooked. The salad looked good, but came with no dressing, though I had ordered some and the slip attached to the salad had the dressing listed. Unfortunately a dry salad isn't very appetizing, but it was fresh. The lemonade I got slapped though, so there's that.

Can't recommend this Buffalo Wild Wing, go elsewhere for dinner. A wing joint should make great wings every single time, especially when it's your namesake. Whoever is packing the delivery orders and doing quality control needs to pay more attention to what's the kitchen is sending out and what's packed in takeout/delivery orders. This whole order could have been a better experience if someone had checked it before sending it out

I am very upset with my service at buffalo. My friends and I walk in and get seated, we then wait 30 minutes until our server comes up and asks for drinks it was not busy in the store. Our server whispered every time she talks, and gave me an attitude when i asked her to repeat herself… Me and one of my friends ordered she than walked away and did not let the third person in my party order. We had to wave her down to get the third persons food ordered. When the food came out we did not have silverware, we had to ask a different server to get us silverware.We ordered motserella sticks for an appetizer and it was the last thing out. Our servers name was lexi, she was not kind and made our dining experience terrible.
