I feel like two stars was way too generous. The wings were the only thing holding this up. In the photo is from the same order, when I say the fries were so hard a rock was jealous I am not exaggerating. And this isn't even the first time this establishment has done this.

Placed a to go order online, picked it up at the scheduled time and the food was cold. Fries tasted like they were made the day prior and the wings weren't any better. So glad Twin Falls is getting a

Food was completely gross.Fries were old asked for new ones still sucked!!!I ordered a beer the glass was dirty with tajin. Asked for a new one literally poured it into just a new glass still had tajin in it got a new one finally and charged me for 2 beers!!! Wrap was covered in more shredded cheese than anything. I will not be going back! So terrible and disappointed on a $80 bill.

If I could have not chosen a star to review this place I would have. Went today 2/29/24. We have enjoyed BWW's in the past. Tonight was the last night we will go to the Twin Falls establishment. Fries, over cooked and probably sitting for 30 mins. According to bartender this was not the first time today they has a complaint about them (415pm). The "manager" stayed behind the bar gossiping with the bartenders. Get our wings, crazy but order was wrong. Bartender takes the tray to the kitchen, which they obviously slide wrong wings off and put older dry wings onto the little metal tray. The bone in wings have been sitting for over 2 hours by how dry they were. Worst experience at this place ever!!!! Do not go to this horrible place!!

The bartender Chloe was great. She checked my ID and they have a policy to double check the ID with the manager. I am in my 50's, but I am glad they check ID'S. Her service was great as well.

We thought we'd give them a shot for a Super Bowl party. 100 traditional (party wings) wings, was supposed to have 4 different flavors, asian zing-mild sauce-buffalo and honey bbq, and of course nothing was right! We didn't even get the honey bbq! 140$ later and a hair in one of the wings is so irritating. I think everyone should avoid this place at all costs! It doesn't even look like 100 but we didn't count so.
Good wings. Some days it seems that there is just too much sauce, making it wing soup, but that's not often.

Bartenders were awesome. Boneless wings stunk. They used to be juicy and flavorful. Now a chicken McNugget is better quality. Really like the friendly service. Maybe in 5 years will try again.

Against my better judgment after reading all the bad recent reviews I decided to give this place a try anyway. I should have just stayed away. My server Abigail avoided me at all costs, even walking by the handful of times wouldn't attempt to look over or make eye contact. I finally flagged someone else down to try and find her or figure out a way to get my order right. Took 11 minutes for her to show up at the table, took a part of my wrong order back and never returned to replace it. Wings were cold when they showed up, even colder almost a half hour later when I was still waiting for the right order. I had to ask for my bill after explaining the problem with the service and order, then I had to ask for the manager who took a little bit off the bill. Unfortunate that bad service ruins going to places like this. I hate leaving a bad review anywhere but hopefully another recent 1 star review will save someone else the headache.

The bartenders were awesome, being a trucker you get lonely and they were great at holding a conversation. I never once felt like I was bothering. Food and drinks were good the service was amazing.
