Just left Disgusting drive thru attitude, young man packing has little sense of customer service, attire was messy and hole in bag didnt help. I think hese employees have some of the best dgaf attitude. Just let them go home. I won't come back because it's the same persons with new and same problems. Food was alright, not good like in Jerome.

It took forever for them to answer the drive thru, they were short and on there phones at the window, and when I received my food it was poorly made as if thrown in plastic wrap and didn't have anything inside but a couple pieces of lettuce. No matter how many times I come here, whatever year it is, they always manage to stay the same. Do not recommend.

Over the past two nights, I have encountered issues with the ice cream machine at the Burger King drive-thru. On both occasions, the machine was unavailable for operation due to cleaning. While I was out and about working, I decided to pick up an order from Burger King. I was informed that the ice cream machine is cleaned between 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM. Upon returning from work, I arrived at the drive-thru around 11:30 PM. However, the machine was still not operational. The employee at the drive-thru displayed an unprofessional attitude and informed me that the machine was being cleaned. Despite my request for the name of the manager, he refused to provide it. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation and hoped that Burger King would take appropriate action to rectify the negative experience for its customers.

Went there near closing around 11. Got 3 fried items to make it easy on them. They failed to tell me they were out of chicken fingers (or so I think) and just gave me cookies instead. Didn't even have the decency to tell me what they were replacing it with. Don't eat here. Burger king is nasty anyways

The burgers were cold and you can tell by the taste of the burger the patties are old and cold. The fries were old and cold. 1/26/25 5pm drive thru. Nasty ass old food!

Worst service ever. Been at speaker to order for 20 minutes. No one has taken my order am leaving. Service is so slow line has not moved. Burger King on Cheney drive twin falls id. Need more training.

This is the worst Burger King around. Nothing is ever freshly made, I got old dried out churros, refried and cold fries. My orders are always messed up, I ordered a Dr pepper and got coke, didn't get sauce with my churro fries. Most of the employees are visibly dirty and you can smell them through the window. Honestly the whole crew needs replaced.
