Drive thru takes 15 min for 1 whopper Sunday at 2. I thought this was fast food.

If I could give 0 stars that's what is deserved. The fries were disgusting, old and ice cold. The bun was hard on the edge and stale otherwise, and the hamburger was only slightly warm. I went back in for a refund and disgusted they could hand this food to a customer. One employee was making themselves food on the line, and proceeded to walk away while eating the hamburger. It was very apparent none of the 4 employees working care about any standards, cleanliness, or doing the job they chose for employment. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Stood at the counter for 3 minutes , not one person asked to take my order. I walked out!

Took 15 min for someone to help me and another 15 for a cheeseburger and coke. I thought we'll maybe someone didn't show up to work or they are busy. Get to the windows and the kids are just running around not working or helping people nit to mention my burger was so covered in mustard and ketchup on the outside of the bun I couldn't eat it. 10 out of 10 will never do it again. They need a manager.
Waited in the drive thru for over 30 mins for my food. Then get up to the window to get my food and the manager on shift was VERY unprofessional, I could hear her yelling at her young employees with the window to the facility closed. You are the one that should lose your job over doing that in front of customers in the lobby and at the window. This should be done in private and not right at lunch time when you are swamped! I will never go here again!!! And then my fries were cold as well, you would think as long as I waited EVERYTHING would have been fresh.

I like the burgers. I only go through the drive thru, and my order has always been right. I can't say the same for other burger stops. So good job!

I made an online order today for 2 whoppers, 2 long chicken sandwiches, 2 orders of chicken nuggets and 3 cheeseburgers. The nuggets literally are not edible because they look burnt and taste worse than they look. The wait time was way too long at 24 mins. I have been here before and it was good but this time I was very displeased with service, food quality and wait time.

Very slow waited half an hour for 3 breakfast sandwiches they open at 7 on Sundays they couldn’t serve some things because it was still frozen at 10 o clock people were leaving because they never got there food and was taking to long never will come back to this location and I’m sure everyone else that was in here will probably do the same

My Texas Whopper was so old and cold that the cheese never melted on the patty. This store should be ashamed of themselves for this kind of service unless that's how BK does their usual business. If not, I would like to hear from them.

This place used to be fast and good, now it's so slow. I've waited in the line for about 10-15 minutes, I was 5 cars back out. which is ridiculous. Once they took my order it was another 10 minutes to get my food and it was cold. I used to work in fast food and if we would have done this our gm would be so pissed, but it looks like this fast food place is not cared for. They should just shut this burger king down.
