Food is always wrong. Receipt is what you’ve ordered on paper but the food is always made wrong. If you ask for ingredients to be omitted they won’t be omitted and if you pay for extra ingredients you won’t get them either. Second time now it’s happened.

I think her name was Tazlyn (Jazlyn?) helped us in the drive through, had a really nice energy even though we were there like half an hour before close. We got our food and got home to find a sandwich was missing, called the store, and she answered and was still very sweet and helpful! Give that girl a raise.

It was easy to place my order. I received the food and whoever made the order just dumped a ton of mayo on it. There was no ketchup. I couldn't even finish the whopper which is disappointing. There were plenty of people standing around at the register which I couldn't understand why they couldn't get the order correct. I was the only only one in there when putting in my order. Burger King is just as bad when completing an order.

I asked for the how to train your dragon meal that was supposed to come with the mozzarella sticks and the sundae! The manger said it’s online only after I paid for it. And went back because I was missing it! He said no it don’t come with it yes it does look at your app! He said it’s online I said I asked for this meal why did the associate not listen! I’m very upset not impressed with service! I really think they should take care of customers from there mess up not ignore there customers over a cheap item!!

I order a plain whopper with cheese. I did not get what I oder. It did have cheese with everything. I am allergic to some of the stuff that was on it. Now it became food for my dog, and I have to head back out. How hard is it to have cheese only

Homeless are apparently unwelcome. Old woman forced two homeless teenagers with no where else to go in 90 degree weather just because they were to poor and homeless to pay for something to be able to hide from the heat. Cruel.

Update: New management. This location is healing!
Many improvements over the last few weeks.
Shout out to Adam and all others who deserve credit for all the effort that has been put into whipping this place back into shape. Keep it up.

Although, the sink in men's room still needs a $5 aerator screwed to the faucet.

Doesn't matter what size you order, you get what they person shoveling the fries is in the mood to give you apparently (although, this time I was told they are rationing due to being low, despite me watching Nicholas Food Service make the regular delivery yesterday morning).

Men's room is a disaster and has been for many months:
Manual flush on toilet sticks... floor often covered in dirty toilet water.
Drain vent is obviously clogged and causes bathroom odor to fill dining area.
Sink aerator was so plugged with hard water, it misted for months leaving me to wonder how employees properly washed their hands... now the aerator is gone and it gushes/physically assaults unsuspecting users.

Place needs some work.

If I could give 0 stars that's what is deserved. The fries were disgusting, old and ice cold. The bun was hard on the edge and stale otherwise, and the hamburger was only slightly warm. I went back in for a refund and disgusted they could hand this food to a customer. One employee was making themselves food on the line, and proceeded to walk away while eating the hamburger. It was very apparent none of the 4 employees working care about any standards, cleanliness, or doing the job they chose for employment. Save your money and go elsewhere.
