So I want to express the the this is a catch 22 situation! The BK on Cheney(next to Twin Falls Walmart) is a 1 star! Horrible service, there's nothing "fast" about their food, everytime we have gone there it's always atleast a 25-30 minute wait and they ALWAYS mess up our order!The Bluelakes Blvd BK is fantastic! They are always quick, have never had my order messed up and the staff is always very kind! I would 100% recommend BlueLakes BK and 100% NOT RECOMMEND THE BK BY WAL-MART IN TWIN FALLS!!

I experienced a manager or shift leader telling a cashier she could only give me one little BBQ sauce. As the cashier asked me if I wanted another the manager or lead told her NO. They only get ONE for there order. It just really upset me. It's BBQ sauce.

Went through the drive through just to get drinks. Lady told us she’d be right with us, and then never got back to us. We sat there for a good ten minutes before another car drove up and they went on to take their order. I get it if they forgot about us, but it was just blatant disrespect.

I like this Burger King. Went in for lunch today. It has a friendly staff, the food is good. The fries weren't stale and cold. They made my sandwich correctly. It's very clean inside including the restroom. Comfortable seating and if you have little ones this Burger King has an indoor playground.Wheelchair accessibility: They have the ramp in the sidewalk so that a person in a wheelchair could roll up on to the sidewalk.

Drove through at 9am and they were OUT OF COFFEE....Really! Also young lady was not friendly, uniform top was covered with lint, and hair. Wore SAME gloves to handle food, computer, and money. Wow....not very impressed with this facility!

Burger King on Cheney Dr in Twin Falls. Terrible customer service , it took 30 minutes to get food & not just us most people in there the same. Burgers were cold, so I asked them to pop them into the microwave & the gal made a face and then proceeded to pop them into the microwave, not a word was said on her part.Just an all-around terrible experience. The manager & corporate should be ashamed of the store ?

Just had the Worst drive thru experience l in my life. I don't know if it's because I haven't gone through a drive thru in a while and that's how it's done these days. First I waited for someone to come on the speaker it sounded like there was yelling back n forth in the background, suddenly it got silent. After waiting in silence for three min someone hops on and says "Are you ready to order yet?" (In annoyance tone)And I replied "I apologize I did not know anyone was there" I got responded with silence once more. That's when I made the decision to driveaway.Just wanted a nostalgic moment I had when I ate BK with my mom whose no longer here as of 10/14/2017.

Ok food. But PLEASE clean your bathroom, it was full of flies! Same as the inside of this location. To me, flies = dirt. If you don't clean well, you attract flies. Service was ok too.

Staff was unprofessional, staff member bad mouthing other staff, food was saturated with sauce that the buns where saugy, wasn't stocked up on lids for drinks. Was definitely not worth the $40+ we spent.

I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and was never helped, yet cats in the other drive thru lane were being talked to and served. I even spoke to the speaker twice and no one responded.
