Just ordered food from here. People were nice. Both bacon burgers didn’t have any Bacon and we also ordered onion rings and didn’t get those either. Missing a lot of food that we ordered kinda sucks especially when you pay for it.

Called in to place and order and mind you I have been to this restaurant a lot and never had issues until today. I placed an order and got serious attitude when she told me we don’t make the breakfast sandwich that way and I told her that I just had it made that way last weekend with no problems. She then got snippy with me and then after I placed my order she straight hung up on me. Then when my husband went to pick up the food she was rude to him and shoved the drink cups at him and rolled her eyes when he asked for a plastic container. Mind you they weren’t busy and I’ve never had this experience before. If that kind of customer service happens again they will lose my business.

As a kid my dad took me here constantly. Over the years the food has remained the same good quality yummy comfort food. The last couple times I've been in there not only does the food taste like garbage, but they never can get your order right. I have attached a picture of the chili. The chili used to be delicious! It now looks like refried beans or beef gravy! It's quite disgusting. When I called the lady who gave it to me she said she apologizes and noticed that they made it completely wrong. My question, why did you serve it to your customers?? Extremely disappointed in what used to be a good old-fashioned burger joint, now it is a place that serves you chili that looks like gravy and the wrong order Time After Time. Save your time and go to Burger king. They are consistent and they are flame broiled as well
