Food was good but was double-charged on the 12th. When I called on the 14th to ask that the second charge be removed, the rude girl said the owners would have to do it so don't expect it anytime soon. She ended the call like she was auditioning for a role on Mean Girls or Heathers, said, "K? Byeee." Who does that? So...still waiting for my double charge to be refunded. Apparently this is more complicated than anyone there can manage.

The food is absolutely delicious, the environment is awesome, but I have one major problem. You do not advertise "bacon piled high" on the bacon crave, then proceed to add 2 half strips of bacon to my burger. If you want to do that, just call it a bacon cheese burger. To earn the status "bacon piled high" I should recieve no less that 4 full peices of bacon on my burger.

What frankly caught me off guard were the fries. Amazing fries (base for the Idaho Nachos).

This place has a great vibe! It's pretty spendy, but it's a blast. They 100% have their tater tots down to a science. Most of the food is pretty dang fantastic. That being said, we ordered the Idaho Nachos and they literally smelled and tasted like a trillion fish rotting in the sewer, so that was a bit of a damper on the experience.

UPDATE 7/2024 Went in and there was only the cook and the manager there. They were slightly busy and when I asked if they needed help (Help Wanted sign on the front door) The manager snapped and said no, She was rude and disrespectful when taking my order, took my name and dropped my change in my hand, slammed down a to-go cup, then she turned and gave the cook my order. No thank you, nothing. Me and another customer couldn't believe it. I would have left had I not already paid and I sure wasn't gonna try to get my $ back to go somewhere else. The cook has always been consistent with his food and my salad was delicious. (I watched the whole time to make sure she didn't do something to it.) I had been a semi-regular customer (1x3-4mo) for 3 or more years. Not anymore. Regardless of what comes your way, customer service should be #1 when you're running a business. You can't help but wonder if the reason they need help is due to the managers attitude.
2023 Great place to grab a burger & watch some sports, or just to have lunch. The staff are always very friendly and kudos to the cook. I've always had good food here. They also have a small gift shop.
The Hispanic woman that just served me (describing because idk her name) was the BIGGEST raging b I have ever seen. I have never received such awful service from someone. I will Never come back here. She has longish brown hair with some light highlights & wears big hoop earrings & is working right now, Jul. 10th at 11:20am. Management needs to have a serious talk w her about how rude she is to customers when taking their order & explaining things. Pissed me tf off.
