I had such a great experience at Cafe Rio! The food is always good, but what really made my visit stand out was the staff. Everyone I talked to was friendly, patient, and really seemed to care about making sure I had a good experience.
I was so pleasantly surprised with the crew working tonight. I dropped in from out of town and can I just say wow, where do you find this kind of customer service anymore? Each young man and woman helping me were incredibly attentive and I honestly just felt like they really wanted to serve me in the best way but also work together and help each other too. I walked out the door with a smile on my face and a lot of hope for our future as a whole after my experience. Thank you....
Cafe Rio is normally a very nice place to order food. The atmosphere this time though was awful. We ordered tortilla soups with queso and elotes. There was an older lady training a young girl. The older lady’s attitude towards the girl was very rude. She was getting frustrated with the girl resulting in her being rude to us as well. Not only that but she also was not filling up our soups all the way full. The younger girl was doing a great job and for the most part she was on...
