Okay so I hate to not give Capriotti’s a 5 star review, but this is for the Twin Falls, ID location specifically. My hubs and I have been going to Capriotti’s for the past 17 years, mostly in Las Vegas locations and we always, always get the Bobby sandwich. It’s the one thing we go there for. We’ve been to the Twin Falls location in the past but our last visit wasn’t so great. Yeah, the prices have gone up significantly since we’ve last been there… but this time...
First time eating there today. I ordered through DoorDash. Unfortunately the sandwich I wanted was unavailable, but they called me and asked what else I wanted. I substituted for the Italian. My lunch arrived and they even threw in a bag of chips and a cookie with a note apologizing. That is top tier service. Regardless of the free items I appreciated it all. Thank you to whoever I spoke with on the phone!!
The sandwiches were definitely notch. Your local Subway grade. They were a much higher quality sandwich. The meat was fresher. The service was quick. And the best part of all it was all for a fair price.
