I went and stood at the counter while the fellow at the register took "Drive up" orders! Any decent supervisor would assign a person to exclusively work the counter, and another to work Drive up orders. I walked out, I will go back, but if I see the same situation I will not waste my time, I will turn and walk right out. First complaint I have ever had about Carl's Jr.

The general manager is super cool, there was some confusion with the app and he comped my meal and redeemed the reward meal regardless of the policy. Way cool.

The store was dirty and the girl that was working sat morning was mad at another gal for calling off she was cussing and slamming things neither the older man or the girl had gloves on while making the food the girls hair was in a pony all frizzy she slapped the sausage and egg on the counter then put it on the bread it was totally disgusting. I threw my food away the man was wiping his hands on his shirt ? Never have I see this happen . Very poor service in all areas.

Hot fries on top of cold stail ones! Chicken strips cooked twice,greasy and burnt. Bidenflation is too high to eat that kind of food for that price.
