“First time eating there today. I ordered through DoorDash. Unfortunately the sandwich I wanted was unavailable, but they called me and asked what else I wanted. I substituted for the Italian. My lunch arrived and they even threw in a bag of chips and a cookie with a note apologizing. That is top tier service. Regardless of the free items I appreciated it all.
