Rocky Mountain High School Dance from Meridian, Idaho came in to eat dinner on 2/26 on our way to state! We ordered 33 meals with Leslie. She was adorable! Attentive, competent and plowed thru the orders in no time. The whole staff organized our orders by grade and name, double checked everyone’s orders and passed out straws, extra sauce and napkins. We were in and out in no time at all and very well fed! What great teamwork! So impressed with your service, Chickfila!

They are great for lunch but I would not recommend breakfast that was the worst breakfast sandwich I ever ate I couldn't eat the whole thing I fed the rest to the dogs

Loved this place historically. For a decade any chickfila I've been to has been able to make lunch during breakfast hours.
This morning though, the cashier (who did not seem sober) and her manager (who had a nasty attitude) told me they had some new owner who is too lazy to allow lunch items during breakfast hours. Awful experience and I won't be eating here again.

Food is good, but the drive through has skimped on my meals twice. They refuse to refund the charged food unless youre standing in store regardless of anything. I had my number and card to reread to them and they refuse to help. Thank you Chik-Fil-A for taking my money and not giving us the entire order. Fast food shouldnt be rocket science....
I’ve gone ahead and decided to edit this review several months later, lowering it to one star. The fast food here has declined in value and degraded in quality.
Just tonight, I placed an order for a medium meal — 8-count nuggets, mac and cheese, and a small drink. Instead, I received three drinks, three random meal items, a sandwich, fries, and none of the sauces I asked for. Seriously?
I even called and spoke with Hailey, who was polite about the situation, to ask if communications between the drive-thru and the kitchen were lagging or messed up. Her response indicated that everything was operating normally.
I’ve been patient between my initial review and this one, giving this location plenty of chances with multiple visits. Although I’ve occasionally received accurate orders, the number of incorrect ones has become completely disproportionate.
I understand that training new staff and running a business can be challenging, but following standard operating procedures and simply giving customers the orders they paid for shouldn’t be optional. My last visit felt like an absolute waste of money.
Unfortunately, based on the lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude I received from the shift lead when I called, this will likely be my last visit to this franchise.
If somebody calls to complain albeit polite to offer a correction as an answer to the order that shouldn't be necessary in the first place... I guess some problems can't be ignored in hopes they go away. Also, if I could post photos to this I'd show my order and receipt with proof..

I recently visited this Chick-fil-A and had a disappointing experience due to a lack of communication among the employees. When I placed my order, the team member assured me that my rewards would apply. However, when I went to pay, another employee told me they wouldn’t work and proceeded to charge me full price. I have no issue paying full price, but I was extremely disappointed by the miscommunication and lack of care from the staff. Clear and consistent communication is essential for good service, and unfortunately, that was missing here. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent future frustrations for customers.

They take FOREVER in the drive thru, and it seems to be getting worse. Tonight they didn’t even have anyone outside taking orders. And there’s no room for cars in the line!
