I recently visited this Chick-fil-A and had a disappointing experience due to a lack of communication among the employees. When I placed my order, the team member assured me that my rewards would apply. However, when I went to pay, another employee told me they wouldn’t work and proceeded to charge me full price. I have no issue paying full price, but I was extremely disappointed by the miscommunication and lack of care from the staff. Clear and consistent communication is essential for good service, and unfortunately, that was missing here. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent future frustrations for customers.

They take FOREVER in the drive thru, and it seems to be getting worse. Tonight they didn’t even have anyone outside taking orders. And there’s no room for cars in the line!

My first time trying this chain of fast food, even though the car line was juge, we got a fast order inside de Restaurant, the serveurs are really kind and Always smiling at you , and thé food is really fresh , going to visit again , incredible food

Pros: It’s CFA and the food is consistently delicious. All of the workers are extremely nice. Cons: It takes an obscene amount of time to get through the drive thru during lunch time. Even if the line isn’t super long, expect to spend about 30 minutes getting through.
Parking: If they are not busy, parking is fine. If they are busy, the drive thru line will back up literally all the way to the Target entrance, and it is a nightmare getting in and out of the parking lot.

We purchased 3 meals, 2 -12 piece nugget meals and a spicy deluxe meal. We got back to our room and we had the spicy deluxe meal and a 3 piece tender. No 12 count nuggets. When we brought the receipt back, they replaced 1 of the 12 count nuggets and said they couldn't exchange the 3 piece tender due to company policy. Company policy should be to give their customers what they paid for. Do better.

The managers at this location are AMAZING! My daughter threw away her retainer and they literally dug through the dumpster to help us find it. We are so grateful ? the food is always incredible and the service is top notch.
