The 1 star reviews mirror every experience I've had at this location to a T. If you want an overpriced rice, bean, and sour cream burrito with a hint of your meat choice that's what you're going to get. Gordan Ramsay couldn't help this place. Shut it down.

My wife went to get food for us, asked for no spice or onions on anything because I have GERD. The bowl she got me was full of onions and jalapeños. We don't eat out very often because of my dietary restrictions but thought we'd give chipotle a chance. Had to throw all of our food out. Literally threw $30 away. Very disappointed.

Whoever that dark red head girl was needs to be fired immediately pretty sure with was a manager but she was just wasn’t doing anything and when I went to pay she rolled her eyes at me and was being so inappropriately sassy and rude, I’m not coming back until she’s fired.

I'm upgrading my review from 3 stars to 5 stars! Whether due to the change in CEO, possible new management, or more experience, this location has improved significantly! The portion sizes are back to expectation, the workers are more friendly, and the entire experience is now worthwhile!
I so desperately want to love this place. I've been obsessed with Chipotle for about 20 years, and it's sad to see how much it has changed. I understand the price increases, but the portion size has basically been cut in half as well. It's so hard to justify $10-12 per person. The last few times, my food has also been cold. I want to give this place a chance since it's new and the employees might still be in training, but it's not getting any better yet.
