I'm upgrading my review from 3 stars to 5 stars! Whether due to the change in CEO, possible new management, or more experience, this location has improved significantly! The portion sizes are back to expectation, the workers are more friendly, and the entire experience is now worthwhile!
I so desperately want to love this place. I've been obsessed with Chipotle for about 20 years, and it's sad to see how much it has changed. I understand the price increases, but the portion size has basically been cut in half as well. It's so hard to justify $10-12 per person. The last few times, my food has also been cold. I want to give this place a chance since it's new and the employees might still be in training, but it's not getting any better yet.

There was these 2 ladies that were sooo accommodating to my gluten allergy. They swapped out the spoons and even made new rice and took it seriously and reassured me. This establishment and their employees are so kind! It was my first time there too!

Maya the “supervisor” at this establishment has Terrible customer service and knowledge of food industry. The chicken was to spicy for my one year old , I politely asked if we could get just a small amount of other protein for her. She said I would need to pay for it. In any restaurant if a customer is unsatisfied with any portion of their meal they would try to make it right, even most go the length to offer free dessert or comp your meal. In no food industry are they going to make you pay additional to make your meal right. Do better

I came in for a simple burrito. Where two young ladies were working and treated me like I was the biggest inconvience. The order was just meat rice cheese. The store wasn’t even busy and she felt like in a hurry to move on. No one should ever order food here with the staff that works there.
