I love chipotle it’s really good. I have been going to chipotle for 13 years. But i’m am unfortunately disappointed with the location in twin falls idaho these past few weeks. The portion sizes are extremely low you have to ask for extra to even get the normal amount, burritos or bowls are only being filled up half way. I understand that there is always going to be a transition with trial and error when training new employees. But if i’m paying up to 18$ for a bowl the. I expect it to be full, the way chipotle advertises it. In the picture it is showing a bowl that has not be eaten or touched at all.

I was being rushed the brown rice wasn’t even cooked all the way and I paid double steak for one regular scoop 40$ for a bowl and burrito is too much when they are being skimpy with food and when I asked for a manager I was waiting on the side for over 10 minutes. Be more professional!!

Chipotle is owned by Macdonalds correct? You have set a standard, bout 96.3% of the time. The food is identical wether u have it here or in Firestone, CO.The original location was closed bcuz it was under performing, but I say this is better than Cafe Rio.The people working are a hit or miss, but just like McDonald's. U can expect the food to be great.U should've better signage for ur drive thru though. Lol

Food is good but the employees are stingy with the portions and not very friendly. I’ve seen other chipotles loading up their bowls and this location doesn’t. Their agua frescas are really good though.

Dirty. Cold food and small portions. This location won't last very long if they do get some changes done!

Disappointed in the new location, no better than the old location. Came in at 11am. The bathroom toilet had pee on it, really gross considering they just opened. Service is just ok. Food portions didn’t even fill the bowl. Chips were a bit humid and rubbery. I love the chips usually but these were lacking crunch.Keep this up and this location won’t last long either… so disappointing other locations around the states rock but this one….

Just what you expect from chipotle, great burritos, service was awesome, the new location is nice, but they must be paying for it with the price of food...wow! 2 burritos and 2 sodas was over $30. Probably won't be frequenting chipotle too often unfortunately, nothing they did wrong, just too expensive.
