I miss the old staff. When walking in you used to be greeted and these teens working currently are ignorant and u professional. I'm shocked this place is open. Also what's with the cakes and pies now? It's crumble cookie. Not.cumble cakes and pies.Not the point just upset with the staff honestly. Will not be going back for a while if at all. Especially to the twinfalls location.

When you walk in, it’s completely quiet and the staff is unwelcoming and you feel like you’re walking into a sterile hospital with the white counters and quiet uncomfortable feeling. They talk about you right in front of you and will laugh at your questions. The old staff was great, or maybe it was a different rotation, but whoever was working this week needs retrained on customer service. The cookies are fine, some of them are horrible and some amazing. Plastic or debris of some sort was present in one of my cookies today. Not pleased at all. If I return, it won’t be to the twin falls location. Super disappointed.

Crumbl’s app on my phone is so easy and quick to use. I love how fast I can get their cookies delivered after I decide to order them for my friends and family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So I usually always tip these guys. My college age son went in and placed an order. He did not tip as it was a small order and let’s be real he is a college kid w no money. He was doing something nice for a friend and used money he barely has to brighten their day. Anyway. He and his friend shared that the service was poor once the staff knew there was no tip. The app lets them know ahead clearly if there is tip or not. So I did the same thing. Ordered a box of 6 cookies, no tip. Just to see the difference. Sure enough. My cookies were almost all frozen, hard to cut, like they had been the ones reserved for people who do not tip or just old cookies. I was very disappointed. It’s frustrating that today, we are all expected to tip for mediocre service and quality. I won’t be going back to get cookies from this company for a while. Maybe enough of these and management/ownership will address this.
