Definitely the WORST burger I've ever had. I live in California and heard so much about how great Culver's burgers are and Icouldn'twaitto try one. WelI, I ordered a double butter burger. The meat was cold, the bun was ice cold, the cheese wasn't melted AT ALL, they stuck two slices of cold cheese on the cold burgers on the cold buns and there were no pickles on the sandwich. Disgusting burger cannot even come close to In n out! The only thing edible was the French fries. I asked for crispy, they were and they were hot...the way food should be served. God awful experience. Will NEVER return. What a major disappointment.

The food was okay. We haven't gotten one in Vegas yet. I was super excited after watching several tiktoks about the flavor and options. Yes they have variety but I wasn't wowed. Service was good, everyone was very friendly. The restaurant it self was poop. So many flies all over the place! Im not sure if it's common for the area but it was shocking. I placed napkins on other items you can kinda see on the pic. The women's restroom had no toilet seat covers and one of the stalls was out of tp.

We don’t have a Culver’s in our region so it was a treat to hit up the one in Twin Falls Idaho. I’ve had a meal in AZ too. The food was grilled to perfection. Despite its fast food flare, the employees stuck to the hospitality culture perfectly. Even the employee cleaning the bathrooms, a job I am sure is not top fun on the list, did it with a smile, and a thank you. He thanked me for thanking him. They respond with, “it’s my pleasure,” at every turn. The custard and cheese curds for which they are known were excellent. Great culture, atmosphere, and food. A pleasure to stop in and patron this chain.

Got everything in our entire order wrong. When we went in to politely ask for what we PAID FOR the employees stood there and joked about spitting in our ice cream. My 5 YEAR OLDS ICE CREAM. I’m so disappointed and upset. The person at the counter was the only person who treated us like people. I thought that Culver’s was known for their customer service, obviously not this one.
