I usually have a very good experience at Culver's. Just NOT on Sunday night...March 10, 2024!Ordered food online and picked it up curbside. Opened the bag, pulled out the food and took a bite of my burger. I felt something odd tasting.....Opened the burger and found a piece of paper still left on the cheese.....Seriously???I then, started to sip on my chocolate shake and half way through, I found a piece of hard plastic, which ended up in my mouth through the straw!!! Are you freaking kidding me??? Where did that even come from????I was pretty close to getting in the car and driving over to the restaurant, bringing the piece of plastic and piece of cheese paper with me, insisting I have my food made over again.Come on, Culver's!!!! Get it together on Sunday's.

I LOVE THE FROZEN CUSTARD!!!!This was the second time we have been in to place an order and when we got home only half of our order was there. I called and told them. They said they would be sending me a coupon. Last time I called they said the same thing and I Never got the coupon. Even though it says on the receipt what I ordered it isn't in the bag.Not Happy!

Cory in the back is Ready Faster. He handled my meat like a real man, and the burger was absolutely delicious. He deserves the biggest raise, for he was such a good employee.

Had the fish sandwich it was small and dried out,hamburger wast even good!The only thing that was good was the fries ?
This placed was amazing at first but, started getting sloppy with making the cheese curds really salty and my burger used to taste so good like if I was eating a Carne asada burger. Idk if they got new cooks or what but, still a Good place. I still go very often.

I guess I need to find a new reliable option when I'm in Twin.On 2/9/24 I stopped in at about 8 pm and ordered chicken strips. I'm fairly certain they were microwaved as the outside was lava hot and the inside was cooked but between cold and lukewarm. I get needing to save on food waste but come on.On 2/12/24 I came in about 7:30 to find the kids working playing in the kitchen. I wasn't too worried until they got my order wrong.I can live with a goof on my order. Questionable chicken makes me far less likely to try again.

The manager was very rude when we got to the window and wanted to pay with 2 different cards. Told us next time she can't do it because it's an inconvenience for her and she doesn't have time. Ironically there wasn't a car in front or behind us so time was all she really had.
