Open sign still on, came at 840 very rudely told me they were closed. I mentioned the sign and that it says they close at 9 online and on the door. Very rudely the lady told me to leave.

I want to start by commending your truly phenomenal customer service—it's consistently excellent! My primary concern is the change to the 7.5 sauce. Since it's no longer made in-house, its flavor has shifted and it's become significantly hotter. As someone who enjoys spicy food, even I find it too intense, forcing me to switch to the 5. I sincerely hope corporate considers reverting to the original 'sloppy sweet' 7.5. Despite this, the atmosphere here is wonderfully relaxed, reminiscent of Chick-fil-A's welcoming vibe. You can count on me as a continuous customer! (My Favs - katsu, mandoo, piggy, beef./ Least Favs - tofu, and ugly chicken)
