I usually love eating here. There were 3 employees on shift, none of which were wearing hairnets or had their hair pulled back. The girl that was working the counter had long hair past her shoulders and was leaning over the food. The employees didn't wear gloves, or wash their hands after touching her face and register.

Our first visit here and we’re sold! We weren’t sure how everything worked and we were patiently walked through ordering, even given samples so we knew how spicy things were. All the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The food was delicious and enjoyed by everyone in our family, even my toddler. We will happily come back!

Yuck , yuck & yuck!! The service was horrible, the whole building is dirty, the restrooms were filthy! The food was old and crunchy !!😡 sauces were warm an gross! My beef was hard with grisles .. will not ever come back to this cupbop again!! Even the workers were grimy!!

This is something I could eat every day. It was so good, first time trying it and I really loved it. Wish they had a spot on the East Coast. Gonna miss it till I’m back.

I used to eat here often decided to go back because my fiance hasn't tried and both of our bowls had literally NO sauce in it to the point it tasted like we were eating plain rice and chicken with lettuce on the side lol if this is the portion sizes they give out for sauce it needs to be changed because it tastes so plain for a 7 level sauce

The food is delicious!! We will come here again and again. Korean meal in a cup. Rice, rice noodles and cabbage, then you pick your protein with a range of sauces. Next time Ill try a smaller cup. It was very filling. I love the chicken katsu!!
