Most of the time it is a great experience with most of the staff. And the food is not to bad, pretty good actually. But just in this certain location I’ve had the some bad service. Partly because of one employee. He doesn’t wear a name tag, which I telling. I’m sorry but he’s a bigger guy and works drive through. He never greets you , and if you try talking to him he just ignores you. This has not just been one time this is every time. He looks miserable every time I come and if that’s the case then he needs to find a different job because it’s not the customers fault that he feels that way. If he’s a manager (which would very surprising) then you guys need to find a new one because that is not how you conduct business and if it is then that really shows the standards that you guys have for your employees. I went with my wife and daughter the other day and I asked. How his day was and he just ignored me and shut the window my wife was very mad and wanted to go in and tell your managers but I had told her it wasn’t worth it. But this is very sad. My daughter loves your ice cream but I think I will just go somewhere else from now on. And I’m just gonna warn other people about this issue too. I use to work at Dairy Queen and was also working drive through and even if I was having a bad day I would still greet the customer with the upmost respect. I will say that there are a few young woman and men there(night time) that are very friendly. Just this one man. Like I said doesn’t wear a name tag so that’s why I’m just describing him.

I love dairy queen but my blizzard was made with stale oreos that completely ruined the taste, and I feel as though the employee lied to me saying they don't have the ingredients to sell a pup cup anymore. I feel like it was a lie because they still serve soft serve. I'm so disappointed.

Came in to purchase Buster Bars and Dilly Bars to take home. The staff was extremely helpful and even took them out of the boxes so they would fit in my cooler. Great service great ice cream.

I really enjoy visiting the location on BlueLakes because their ice cream always turns out perfect! I don't usually eat the food here but customized Blizzard is right up my alley! On top of that, their DQ app is promoting 0.85cent blizzards, score! ?Parking: Parking is plentiful, it's the length of the wait line to the main road that is an issue. The line often gets long because they rock but it leaks out onto the main road. If that's the case, just go in!Kid-friendliness: Ice cream and fast food is always kid friendly. ?
